  1. I work at Lindsay Kia in the service department and I am not on commission, salary. We ONLY tell the customer what is needed and when. If the car is not fit to leave (brake pad's less than 2mm and falling apart) we tell them. If they do not do the work we get a signature they refused. You know Dan, must be more than 3mm pad for a safety. The service manager has been calling shops all over including other Kia's and well, our door rate is the lowest around and we have some very high reviews all the time. Not all dealers are bad, trust me. Kia Canada is doing audits to all locations (currently, ours today) to ensure there is no funny business. Rizzo, sorry the hear this and good luck. I hope you get it all sorted out ASAP!
  2. I was just at 4 mile lake and it's still covered. *sigh*
  3. Yup it's good.
  4. Dick's Sporting goods is an option if close. However I have see a LOT of WalMart finds in the US on a facebook page for bass fishing on some crazy deals. So don't over look the big box stores too.
  5. Yeah John you can fish it all year for crappie and perch. Just make sure you are not in the closed areas and good to go
  6. Hey all Anyone going this weekend? It's on now. I know Mike P from Handelbars Musky lures is there. I work till 1pm tomorrow around the corner from there and have to pass by the Lindsay fair grounds on my way home but was thinking maybe head out Sun for any of the "I don't want to pack it up so please buy it at a discounted price" sort of thing. I really don't need anything but if a screaming deal is to be had I'd get it. So anyone going? Anyone been already? It started earlier today...
  7. I recall seeing others saying happy with them for the price
  8. It's very hard to, sadly...
  9. here is all 4 sections together
  10. I'm sure I could cut a V out for it to fit better but not going to as I don't need any that long but I thought I'd at least answer the question as to how long can you make it.
  11. So I took a min and made all 4 fit (no cutting but would need tape to keep the middle together and it's 6'6" internal length. It goes as follows, wide tube, skinny, skinny but bent a bit to fit into other skinny and then wide again. As one end of these does not come off
  12. No cutting, using 2 tubes, 1 thinner section and two outer/wider sections you have a total of 4'10" external so 4'9" internal length. Straps are stitched so you would need to cut them to not have loose ends and then modify it. I am sure there is a way to use all four sections too but yet to try as the Leafs game is about to start...
  13. Why not get a small to med. plastic tool box?
  14. I like the way you think. He really should have gotten it all taken away and banned for life
  15. this...
  16. looks like it but I didn't try.
  17. I got 2 and there are 5 left as of right now. 2nd last row near the end of the isle.
  18. No worries. Any reel bigger that an ice fishing reel will not fit and even an ice fishing reel may not...
  19. reels off
  20. Yes, I forgot to check today. If they have them and not many would you like me to get you one or two? You could pick them up from me at Lindsay Kia if so
  21. Thanks so now I can check my one and only local one for the same thing. That is also why I asked if craft section. Cheers.
  22. What 'brand' of Dollarstore? And what section to look for them? Hardware, crafts? TIA
  23. I'm sure there is a way to turn two tubes into one that would do the trick. The wide sections are the end with the skinny being the part that would join all 3 sections in the middle.
  24. A lot (LOT) can be found via an android box running Kodi. New and old. Netflix has a 3 year rule (or had) in Canada for new to them movies unless they make it or produce it.
