You can tell them 20 times in a row annoying and bothersome calls and want to change your number its a cost. If you say you 'keep getting harassing calls" then that's the key to a free number change. I picked up a Clam Bigfoot XL2000 on Sunday for 20% off and some extra ice anchors and the drill bit adaptor for $318.xx out the door when the hut was $329.99 + taxes. Cannot wait to use it.

So now that my kids have asked for all new ice fishing gear this year and really want to get out I know I need a new pop up hut. Shopping online I see a good deal at Costco for a Fish Inn 4-6 person ($300). I also like the Clam Big Foot XL2000 ($330 at Sail) because it's has less sides to pop open. But it is smaller on the inside. If I can get my hands on any others of this quality and size for less I'm open. Feedback please, thanks in advance.

PS, those days of a "free install" with the removal of the no need to give 30 days notice to cancel I bet now WILL END too... Unless you sign a deal and said deal means if you don't like it and want to cancel, pay back the real full cost of the 'free install'. Better start service shopping now before the CRCT makes it sound like heaven when it's not going to be for the consumer. PS, ask them when we can pick and pay for TV for all of Canada like they already do in Quebec?

A 2 year contract is a 2 year contract to early term of said agreement still will have a fee. Saying I'm done and moving on tomorrow to another company however is going to change on that date. No more 30-days notice, just up and go. Terms are still terms. Save $200 now if you sign a term and cut term off early = repay the $200. Just no more 30 days to wait and cancel. However, if you call and cancel then go sign up for a home phone at another company, prepare to need a new number. Sign up with new the new company and 'port' your phone number to them and the odds are much better you keep your phone number from company to company. Let's just say I have my ways of knowing these things...

my one treat to eat a month (let's not go THERE guys!) is what's called a Black Dragon Roll at most sushi places. It's topped with BBQ eel that makes it so good. Love all the comfort foods like pastas, red/white meats like most posts but when I need a fix of something special it's a Black Dragon Roll for me (followed by many other spicy tuna and salmon rolls) but it's a great eat.

I like my Clam 2000 for walking with little snow. It's a hard base like a suitcase and fits in the back of most cars. The hard base allows me to use it as my sled too and I just strap the auger and other items to the top half of the case and it does have bucket holder rings. They go up and down real quick too. This year I may opt for a new pop up however as I didn't even use the 2000 last year. I'm going to store the 2000 at the cottage I think so I have a shelter there because I most often drive now on the ice.

Scammers, yet to call me but I have a plan! I did have a review of 6 different tablet devices for you based on the products I reviewed via The Source web site with how I would spend the money but alas the bugs her from an F12 perspective just deleted my last 30 min of review info... So, go get what you pay for is how I will end this. No wonder why I don't post here anymore it's just a waste to try...

Correct Old Ironmaker, Apple iOS (the operating system) is only for the products they have. Android is OPEN via Google and others. Samsung still makes ALL the Apple products to this day hence the legal battles the 2 have going on over who made what 1st. Samsung is the #1 producer of high end LCD/LED/Plasma glass and sell the products that don't turn out perfect to all the others like Dell, Lenovo, HP, Asus, Acer and more... They are also the biggest producer of the semiconductors (RAM/Memory) and housings (case of said tablet and or phone) in the world. I NO LONGER WORK for them but when it comes to a TV, a smartphone or tablet I will gladly pay and extra few bucks to get a Samsung (for my own reasons like I just said). Like the best glass aka screen, solid case and more. Notice the new iPhone 6 has problems bending yet the new Samsung Note 4 doesn't? Someone cheaped out... All the tier 2 brands are what they are, live long enough to cover the warranty and then who cares... Me I would rather spend $300 for a tablet to last 3 or more years than $99 a year, year after year after year and worry about the true quality and support. Just my peso since cents are long gone...

Ahh Jaques, your posts are always ones I look for when I come back here. I spent a reasonable season fishing with my kids and or ecmilly but those stories cant be shared here for a few reasons. LOL! I hope you have a great ice season too!

If it's bigger than my portable I'll trade you and you can either give someone else my Clam 2000 for free or keep it. I'm in Lindsay if that works for you. If yours is heavier than a Clam 2000 but the Clam works for you then maybe a swap so you still have a hut for when you can use it?
