Just because Vaughn Mills get's "13.5M" people a year does NOT mean they are all going to BPS and that 13.5M people are all spending even $1 in BPS. Stat's are not always reflective of the truth. After all 71.9% of stat's are made up on the spot to make things sound better than they are. How do I know that stat? Yeah, I made it up but I bet I'm DAMN close to the real stat...

I am hearing this from a Toronto Law Firm I know personally. That BPS is gone if the grants are not renewed. Hence the items in the store like the big fish tank (allows for a grant discount). That is there as a TAX and GRANT use. Not to just show people the fish as much as they lead you to believe...

Not 1 bit Roy. Not at all; not by a long shot. I want to know what BPS plans to do because from what I hear and understand they are abusing the 'system' to open up a store, make money and then close it and move to another location just like the example Wayne gave. Just looking for more insight from others that might have it is all.

Hey all. So I'm trying to find some more info as to a FEW things I have been hearing (for about a month now) and they are from legit sources; IE legal and property owners. Has anyone else heard info about BPS looking to move from Vaughan because the Canadian Government Grant (basically 1/2 price rent since they have been there or better) is running out? They would close the store I'm told and walk free and clear from all the past business. Warranty too in Canada, I duno... They open up locations based on what the Government Grants are to give them huge discounts on rent and taxes. Hence the locations in the USA being so random too. This I DO KNOW. Any news to help here is much appreciated, thanks. G

I was in the Lindsay CT store today and they had all the HT ice rod's (NOT combo's) on sale for $12 each. That and the odd shape tubs of Gulp Alive 7" worms for $13.79 (or close) on sale too. A few other items as well but those items really stood out to me.

Hey all Anyone have access to parts for a Samsung heat pump model # aqv24nsdx (that is the outdoor unit # on the manual) and it needs a new motherboard. S/N y0zapaeb300022w. My fathers heat pump is pooched and his current service provider cannot give him an answer about the part time frame or anything. He's now thinking of just ordering it and replacing it on his own even though it should be covered under warranty. Thanks!!! G

2 of my 3 small motors are Honda's. None are 15 or 20 HP but the 2 Honda's are 9.9 and 5 HP and both are worth every penny! Now my other older 9.9 is another brand and it's been very costly for the past 2 years. The new 2 strokes are very fuel efficient too I understand so you might want to look at that option too. As a side note to the 2 strokes, it might weigh less too if you need to remove it to store it.

I just got a NEW TO ME 2007 Ram 1500 quad cab SLT (SLX duno just under fully loaded pkg) 4X4 for under $15K from a dealer. Love it but with a RAM's there is a little downside, they RUST quick. The 5.7 HEMI has the power to do anything (inc go fishtailing up the road) but also offers the 8,6,4 CYL step down for fuel consumption when en route for HWY and so forth. NOT a Ford fan as I have had them and I could have picked up a 2005 F150 for $5K less than my Ram and still couldn't do it. Even with an extended warranty from the dealer for everything. If I could look at a Toyota FJ or Tundra for all my needs in the right price range then that would have been on the top of my list; Toyota that is...
