Glad you made it back home. Although we met out on the water, I was looking for you guys coming in last evening. Saw your boat was not at the dock when we got back, thought you may still be out. Not a fish tone seen by us on Saturday evening and nothing yesterday either. May take a couple days for things to settle down. Heard one was caught near the North Channel, but no details on size, nor if it was someone in camp. Heading out soon, waiting for the fog to lift a bit.

We are here too. Just about ready to start out.

Harold and Ingrid have always been accommodating for us. I'd have no complaints. There have been times where Harold is busy or something else on his mind that folks may get brushed aside. We don't go to the lodge much. Most contact after we check in - is in passing. We're not the only ones in camp, so I can understand that. They have been trying do upgrade the camp and cabins, a little each year. Some cabins have been completely remodeled and really look nice inside. Did not get up last year, so I'lll be curious if they did anything to the cabin we are in.

Then, if you are coming down Wolseley River to the bay, you will go right past us. We are in cabin 1 - the one right next to the bridge. We'll have to keep an eye out for you.

We'll be checking into Wolseley Lodge Saturday late afternoon and staying a week. We're in a blue Tracker with two dogs. Hope the big girls are a wee bit hungry.

There is a cure for that ya know. Three years is just waaaaaaaaay too long :-)

And I'll be heading to the Lower French Saturday am for 2 weeks. Like Hoops, I too hope I have something to report. Hope the big girls are hungry.

THat would be nice to do someday - you're own private piece of paradise. Nice report man.

I have bunk on my trailer. I typically wait until I have my trailer down the ramp and in the water before releasing the winch strap. Never had a problem with bunks as the others have stated.

Sorry to hear that. Our dogs are our best fishing buddies. I had to put mine down a few years ago and she was only 7. Not a day on the water goes by that I don't think of her and want her back. I certainly feel your pain bud.

We just knew we would miss out on a great time. Shoulda re-arranged my schedule and drove up. You're pics share the story of a great week. We were looking forward to the reports coming in. Hope to see some of you next June
