  1. I concur with all here on the board. Went to the show yesterday, picked up some belieers and I think that's were my cousin bought a new Fenwick Med/heavy. Top notch guys, excellent customer care. reefrunner
  2. "I caught this little tree in bloom." Whatcha' catch it on?
  3. Awsome fish there. Great way to start the '08 season. reefrunner
  4. I agree with Bernie, Danforth's are the way to go...lighter and hold the bottom better. In big surf, pulling up those heavy anchors is asking for rope burn. ouch. I'm going to the sportsman show this Sunday. I'll keep an eye out for any retailers, if any, that have what you're looking for. reefrunner
  5. Love the movie, an absolute fantastic cast. Jack Lemmon's character is timeless. If you haven't seen it yet and can't catch it on the tube, definately make it a blockbuster night. reefrunner
  6. Best of luck to you all. Seems like a great time to be had by the whole family. I can't wait untill my nephew is born and soon to be my protege in the outdoor "arts" reefrunner
  7. Actually, mine was for the jewels and you stand the otherway. lol. Dang
  8. Totally addicted. I check it out at work, if I'm not too busy of course. The chat feature cannot be accessed from my work terminal, for the better I suppose. I can admit my problem, and I'm fine with that. reefrunner
  9. Hi All, Working out of Toronto in Intellectual Property law, I see alot of weird patents and so forth. This one takes the cake. Hope you guys and gals get a "kick" out of this one. Hopefully you can open the attachment.img_314105948.pdf May cannot come any sooner.....can it? reefrunner
  10. I'll be there Sunday with addy79 from the board. Hope to see some of you there. reefrunner
  11. Congrats on the new "line" of work. I take the TTC in and out of the city everyday. Now I have a name to go with my when I'm late for work. lol. Just kidding. You guys rock Train, Train
  12. To borrow a line from another thread... "Man, that fish drinks alot of beer". lol reefrunner
  13. Wow. Looks like a post card up there TJ. Beautiful. have those cliffs on my desktop. Thanks for sharin' reefrunner

  18. Very nice catch with beautiful pictures to boot Got myself a Canon as well and can't wait to snap a couple of fish so people actually beleive I catch fish, lol! Thanks for the report reefrunner
  19. Sorry, I can't make it. But will send out a donation as my replacement! Goodluck on the ice everyone reefrunner
  20. Nice catches and a great report. The colours on the smaller 'ski's are just amazing aren't they. Was it a scrappy bugger? Thanks for the entertainment and day dreams, spring can't come soon enough. reefrunner
  21. I had an ol' Humminbird Wide and agree with most that sometimes when drivin' faster than 20mph the trans doesn't respond and you'll find yourself markin mysterious amounts of fish in 300+ fow when it's really 20 feet down there. Got an eagle/lowrance on the pontoon and have never had problems with it. If you fish the Kawartha's you might be inclned to go with the Eagle for the reasons I've mentioned above. In shallow water it's good to know when the bottoms comin up quickly at high speeds or else you might be in the market for some props, lol. reefrunner
  22. Didn't mean to offend GCD. As you can see from the pics in my intro, I too have the same "less is more" attitude when it comes to fishing fashion. reefrunner
  23. I concour with the shirt-less wonder from down yonder. "red-eared sunfish" bench, also known as the shellcraker, 'cause they luv them snails. (hmmn, must be french then) reefrunner
  24. Congrats on the PB laker. That thing is huge Sounds like you guys had a real good time out there. But -31, shhesh, bring on the spring. Thanks for the report. reefrunner
