I was out today and theres plenty of snow for a sled. The wind has it all blown into drifts so its a snow drift and then bare ice for a few feet and then snow drift again.

I have the e trex also and like it alot. I dont have another to compare it to but if my dad can figure out how to make waypoints and find current waypoints it cant be that hard

Hey everyone, I got out for a couple hours today on lake simcoe and had a blast. I landed and released 7 whitefish and also iced 5 lakers , keeping these two. I got 1/2 the fish on a 1/2&1/2 williams wobbler and the other 1/2 on minnows and a tip up.

I got the big skunk today also !!! wicked day to be on the ice

I use my 6'6 mh bait casting combo and my 6'6 m spinning combo for FISHING !!!!! I can fish any style I want with those 2 rods so why would i have anymore ?

Buying a sled or an atv is cheaper than having to pay to get your vehicle out of the lake !!!! Does insurance cover vahicles that go through ?

Thanks for the info. In my repair manual it says that the truck either has a 4l60, 4l60-E, or a 4l80-E, so would it be the 4l60-E? how can i tell which one it is ?

So yesterday my wash machine blows up and today im pretty sure the tranny went in my truck. I was sitting at the lights and i went to go and i just started to move and i heard a bang under the truck and now i have no farward gears. I do still have reverse. The tranny fluid is now brown and stinks. The truck is a 1995 gmc 2wd 4.3L 6 cyl vortec auto. So is the tranny 100% screwed or is there maybe some slim chance that its a cheap fix? My buddy has a 97 gmc 4wd v8, is there any chance the trannys might be interchangeable? Whats the cost of getting this tranny rebuilt? I know to buy a rebuild is about $1500 but thats a little pricey for a 95 truck thats worth maybe $2500. Any ideas what a used one might cost ? Thanks for the help in advance, wonder whats next ? maybe the house will fall apart !

No , I took out the load of laundry that was in it and put that wet stuff in the shower. I also drained out the water that was in there and tried to start over , it will put in about 2 inches of water then the lights flash and then it spurts little shots of water. Thanks for the replys guys , I think ill go try sinkers solution of kicking it.

Hey, my kenmore 110 washer is gone wacky today. It will run fine for about 30 seconds and then all the lights flash on and off and it just works for about 1 second and then its off again ,,,,,,,,,, on,off,,,,,,,,,on,off . any help guys ? thanks. ps, the year on the book is 2006 so its not too old but it was with the house when i bought it last summer so i dont have the bill or purchase date

Likely from getting "bonked" on the head to kill them. Ive got lots of whities this winter and the only ones that bleed are the ones that i kill and keep.

Right now on simcoe ( the big lake where theres no trails) a 2wd quad wouldnt make it anywhere. My buddy took his 2wd quad out to his hut thats about 1 km out and he had to push it 90% of the time. I would buy a sled 100% for fishing. You get to your spots faster plus its nice and comfy to sit on while fishing. I doubt after this weekend even the biggest quads would make it anywhere because there is going to be alot of slush.

atherly arms is still open but they lost their liquor license, and i dont think they have it back yet. I think I did see a sign for a hot dog special the other day

Yeah 2 lines at once.. Cut a hole right infront of me and then one about 4 feet to my left. I put a stick across the 2nd hole for the line to slide on, sit on my sled and jig away. The second line is more of a sideways jig that slides on the stick over the 2nd hole. If you dont put something over the hole for the line to slide on , the line will freeze into the ice. Sure is fun when a fish hits the 2nd line YEHAWWWWWWWWW
