  1. There are so many memories from Christmas'past. My boy is 6 now so this might be the last Christmas for the "Big Guy" coming to our house...I certainly think of my Dad alot, he's been gone 4 Christmas' now, he loved Christmas!
  2. I thought maybe you needed a spankin'!
  3. ENFORCEMENT We need to have more CO's in the field! This is not likely to happen with our current government.
  4. Nice shots! Be careful, she's quite a river...Nice kayak/canoe run too!
  5. Don't we have a retired FireFighter here?! Try opening a basement window a crack...Might need alittle more air coming in the house, a well sealed house with good windows can cause the fireplace to not draft well.
  6. My condolences, its not easy losing a loved one but it looks like your Mom lived a full life! Most of us will be lucky to live to see 90 years!
  7. There goes the neighborhood...Welcome to OFC Mike.
  8. Sad news indeed. I used to spend a fair amount of time in a Whitewater kayak and know a few people who died doing what they loved.
  9. I spent the weekend at a Friends trailer and managed to sink the hooks into one last Muskie this year...Between four boats we landed 7 fish, the two biggest were this 45" I boated and a friend put a 50"x22" in his boat right in the last hour of fishing on sunday! This is the view that greeted us saturday morning!
  10. Its a shame they didn't get to "try" to carry out their "spawning". Does it matter? No. They are likely 90-100% stocked fish anyway. If you are concerned about the future of Salmon in Lake Ontario, go help out at the Ringwood fish hatchery, its now completely run by volunteers...Thanks to Galton McSuinty!
  11. Greg Reynolds, chairman of Gananoque MCI guides on the Larry for Muskie. http://muskierush.com/
  12. Ah, that would be the "Port Dover Devil Buck"
  13. Contact Stacy Ash, he's in your area, and there are some nearby Muskie lakes that I think are open till Dec. 15 www.protacklemuskyshop.com
  14. The Kawarthas are closed so that rules out several in that area...
  15. Should make for nice drive up to French River country for a final Muskie weekend tomorrow!
  16. I have a Lowrance LMS-332C Cliff. I think the current model is LMS-520. I think its worth the extra $$$ for colour, much easier to see and read the screen. Definately get a unit with a temp gauge. Its great to spend money at your local tackle shop(JB's fishing depot) but its hard not to take advantage of the Canadian dollar and buy in the US.
