  1. I have the rubber one that CTC sells...Love it, an Erie Smallmouth with a mouthfull of trebles is no place for a thumb!
  2. Totem Point is a great place to stay, Silvia the owner is a great host! The food in the restaurant is excellent! I've only Muskie fished the area in the fall so I can't help much...
  3. I'm constantly amazed at your Daughter's courage and spirit Wayne!
  4. Considering your size, thats a big fish! As Joey says, 47-48" at least! Thanks for releasing her to be caught again!
  5. Some of the stupidest raunchiest attempts at humor I've ever heard...
  6. Great report and pics, 21 Muskie in 1 week are excellent numbers!
  7. Try a Hellhound as well, great fast erractic action when twitched hard and fast.
  8. Spend thursday, friday, saturday on a glass skylite...If that doesn't make you short with people nothing will...
  9. Hey Pike-whacker, sorry I disappointed you again, lol....Ironically, I'm much less of a 'out-spoken' type than a much loved OFCer ex president of Muskies Canada...And to answer your second question, not me.
  10. By better people right? I felt disrespected, what can I say...A simple 'no' would have sufficed, I didn't need the sarcasm guy...
  11. I didn't ask so I could race up there and target them Illegally bozo...Maybe because you regularly post Simcoe reports and if that had been Simcoe that very well could've been a stocked fish from 2012! Thanks for the answer though...
  12. Without seeing it hard to say, hours on the engine also a factor. I'd say 8000-12,000...
  13. A couple trips out on Erie's north shore since the opener have produced some nice Smallmouth. This little piggie hit a spinnerbait in 4 fow on Opening day. This morning in the drizzle they were taking topwaters eagerly The sun came out and they became a bit harder to make eat, but we found some that were willing, Rattlebaits and Spinnerbaits burned fast were the lure of choice!
  14. Your lake may or may not be 'charted'. If it isn't, you won't get any depths/hazards,etc. You can get a topo chip that will give you land contours, the shape of the lake, islands, etc. They are much cheaper than a Navionics chip. Call Jocelyn at Angling Outfitters in Woodstock.
  15. It was a bad year for the early opener...Now last year...
  16. Great place to stay, Steve's a class act.
