Great job man, I think I'll head down to Weller in a few weeks and hit the deep water! Would like to boat a few spring chinnies before they move up and around to the north shore. -
One of the best bang for the buck lens out there is the Canon EF 70-200mm f 4 L.... Everyone should have one of those in their bag...

If the turn signals are working but the brake lights aren't, it's probably the bulbs, not the wiring.

Nice!!! I haven't caught a single one below a float this year either. tiny ice jigs tipped with a tube = deadly. I even troll them behind the boat at 1-2mph. Works awesome and you cover lots of water.

I use a TrollMaster Pro 2, works great. Are you making sure the servo inside the motor is actually working?

Yup, shouldn't be an issue. If you are hunting, you are restricted to 3.

Anyone fish the Severn just down from Couch? I never have (Well I haven't since I was a kid) I usually fish below Sparrow and above Gloucester.

Severn starts at Couch and ends in Gbay. No part of it is in Zone 17.

I doubt you'll find any map chips with Algonquin park hydrocharts on it. Not really surprised to be honest.

With the T5i you get 18MP vs 12 on the T3.. 1080p video vs 720p on the T3, bigger rear screen + swivel (2.7 vs 3in)... They are both entry level DSLR's so the image quality itself will be almost identical.

Yup.... If you've got 6ft of water fleas on your line, you're definitely not checking your rig enough, lol! At most I'll see a foot or so... I'm checking them every 20-30mins when they are thick.

Shaking off the dirty little buggers with 40lb braid is easy, no need to even touch them.
