  1. $26hr for manual labour, how can people complain about this? Not to mention the benefits that come with it? Sheesh.
  2. Been waiting for the Draft day! Should be interesting... Interested to see where Vinny goes and if Roy has any say in the #1 pick like he thinks he does, lol.
  3. Nice job boys! Surprised the fish weren't scared of that hat/shirt combo Brian was wearing
  4. Has anyone outlined the 'sticking' points in the contract? Hard to form an opinion when there are zero facts/hard numbers to go on..
  5. Even the $600 Simms G4 get holes in them... It really does depend on what kind of fishing you're doing.. Humping through the bush to your fav steelhead spot will end up with pin holes/tears in your waders regardless of how much you spent on them. I run two pairs... Simms G3 and a set of cheaper Simms Riverteks. When one set has a hole/leak I use the back up set.. If you're walking from the Erindale Parking lot down to the Credit, you can pretty much get away with anything
  6. I think that's exactly what they're doing... At least I hope! The pavement going over the bridge is horrible.
  7. They never keep the construction lanes closed during the weekends or holidays.. They've already cleared the southbound lanes of the construction pylons (I just got back from Coldwater about 20 mins ago)... On the way up today at 3:30 or so it was jammed from Mapleview all the way to the split, lol. Tomorrow is going to be chaos.
  8. You'll get a lot more for 16k in the US then you will on this side of the border. We bought our Lund from Michigan, painless process and saved probably 5-6k compared to buying it here.
  9. Found some nice largies lastnight with the oldman.. 83 degree water, lol!
  10. I would assume that boat was beaten to death.
  11. I'd get some outriggers for that thing. I hate side brackets on canoes, lol.
  12. When the fish is brought up ass first to the bank, this helps loosen the eggs... come on man!
  13. Or perhaps they are deep because of the almost 80 degree water temps? I found them deep out on my local haunts... Although probably 10:1 for smallies/largies.
  14. Hopefully your first day is with a guide.. Pick his brain, remember what he says and apply those patterns during the rest of your stay.
  15. Michigan is steelheader/resident trout paradise.
  16. TJ, I think it's pretty easy to confirm that this is in fact an Atlantic.
  17. Looks awesome! Although one of your load guides is WAY over on the fender. Might wanna move that back a bit
  18. Send the rod back to Shimano, they'll ship you a replacement.
