im gonna vouch for climbing the lookout tower, its a pretty cool view from up there. The park that runs along the water front is also pretty nice and well maintained. could be nice for a bike ride?

I think the jays are finally considered to be the real deal now. Teams are wary of just how powerful they are. I am really really really hoping they can win the division and guarantee themselves at least a series.

Boat crash on Scugog injures 9 including infant baby.

i dont know how you kawartha regulars do it...I nearly lost my mind fishing upper buckhorn a few weeks back and its generally the least busy of all the lakes. I cant help but just sit and laugh at the guys with the cigarette boats ripping through the channels...dont we get away from the city and go to the lake to try get away from the obnoxious noise? I guess not all of us. Glad theres none of this Bull up in PAB. -
lol The GF and i just got a king bed 3 weeks ago, in the past Cash used to sleep closer to our feet and sneak up closer to our faces after we were asleep, but now because of the gap between her shoulders and mine, well that seems like a perfect place to sit...as always with cash, the closer to your face he can get the better. Many times i have woken up with him nestled under my chin. The worst part is that he sneakily does this stuff while you are fast asleep.

a large portion of ethnic minorities are conservative...which makes sense because you can relate their choice directly back to their place of origin...Canada as a whole is extremely social in comparison to a lot of countries. I am sure many of you have heard the old saying that a democrat in the US is still way more right wing than a conservative in Canada.

Mine has never broken, he still wakes me up 4 nights a week at 4am...hard to not get up with him when he literally stands on top of my chest lol.

love photos where the fish is as big as the kid...thanks for the awesomely written report. -
thats what 1 ounce spoons and treble hooks are for I was out 2 weeks ago in the middle of a large bay on a small shoal, sure enough a random boat comes up parks nearby...as we are drifting the shoal, the guy makes a b line right to where we were....I immediately started casting towards his boat to let him know, but what an idiot the guy came within 10 yards of us before he got the message as our lures were flying all around him.

Navionics HD Boating Tablet/phone problems
AKRISONER replied to Raycaster's topic in General Discussion
not to start a new thread but does anyone have an answer as to how this works? I have heavily been considering getting navionics for my phone to use a GPS on GB. Ive been doing a fair bit of exploring lately but without a GPS on GB is really really sketchy. Obviously i expect running the app constantly is gonna smoke your battery fast, but Id mainly be using it just to get too and from new spots to make sure i dont run into trouble. Is there a function to be able to download maps of a certain area and save them on the phone? My undestanding is that with the map downloaded, you can then simply use the GPS on your phone and it requires no data? I tried the free 1 week trial recently and it didnt work at all. Anyone with some insight it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, -
cant wait for my turn with Pete in September! great report!

Good thing Im originally from Flin Flon Manitoba....keep travelling north, youll get there eventually Those southerners from Dryden dont know what winter is. -

keep on rollin boys! We wanna see more than just a wildcard game, the depth of the jays is heavily in their favour over a 7 game series. Just realized that if they can keep the lead they avoid the royals in the first round as well!

even if its a pay cut, living is cheaper up north in comparison to the GTA or my scenario down town Toronto. Plus you spend your days cruising the wilderness for poachers...any job where i get to be outside like that would be worth while, plus im capable of pushing paper if need be. Full pension is also a big deal, not too many jobs left offering that. -

The Ontario Waste Diversion Act was implemented in 2002 which outlined responsibilities for corporations that generate packaging and hazardous waste. Since that point Manitoba, SK, and BC have all implemented similar regulations. Little known to most people, your municipalities recycling and hazardous material collection programs are paid for by the companies that generate the products and packaging. I.e. Coca cola pays for the cost to recycle one of their cans. My job is to enforce this law...i investigate, enforce and Audit the companies and ensure that they meet the requirements of these regulations on a National Scale. This includes the generation of legal documents and serving notices to companies of their failure to comply... I also like to fish and be outdoors a little bit -
