I am against it... for one simple reason... You should already have Life Insurance.. and I have heard claims of peoples houses not being paid off should the unimaginable happen... Being you're first home I believe the house is insured through CMHC anyways.. Get decent Life insurance coverage and forget the cash grab.. Remember this folks make a percentage, Hence the pressure.. My .03 American G I should add... if you are insured through two companies.. good luck in trying to get any money from them as they will be to busy suing one another over who has to pay...

She is a good old motor, and was VERY lightly used, as you can tell!.. glad she pushes your 12'r around... but get on you're dealer to get the right boat to you! PS.. I expect a full report w/ pictures containing some fish porn! LOL G

Boat Looks Great!!! Stan, Brafaso for SS screws, Robert Bury for Marine Ply and Special Touch for marine vinyl... and for the alum, I used Maintence metals.. These are the least expensive places for the above materials I found when I did my boat. G PM if you would like more info.

If anyone was listening to 1010 CFRB today, they would know the answer/truth. Tim's talked to the radio host this morning live on the air.. This lady has been a trouble maker at this location for sometime, and has had the police remove her from the location before.. Being a property owner, they have the right to refuse entry to anyone they wish, or serve anyone they wish. They are not against homeless people, they had an issue with this ONE individual based upon previous experiences. I find zero fault in how Tim Horton's handled themselves. Mind you they should have just asked the lady to take it to go.. This is sensational writing by the Toronto Star, writing it in hopes of selling a few more papers given the incident that occurred two weeks ago. Kudos for the restaurant for sticking up for themselves and the consideration of other patrons visiting the establishment. Sensationalist Journalism at it's finest. G

Nice reel Spiel, Hard to go wrong with a TICA reel.. they are supposed to be top notch, alot of offshore guys use em. Let me know how the reel works out for you if you get it. Hard to go wrong with the place you're looking at purchasing it from either. G

I have zero vested interest in this resort. I was just informing other fisherman looking for a place to camp about the service I have received thus far from this resort, especially when I am not spending thousands of dollars renting a cabin for the week... I am just a transient camper and the information they have provided is nothing short of awesome. The owners of this resort also have a family tie to a member here (Not me) Wayne suggested them to me, and his suggestion was bang on. Thanks for you're concern though of me spamming the board for the great service I have received from this outfit. G I should add I have personally thanked them via email, wanted to share a positive experience with our fellow members

After seeing Wayne's post in the classified section about the resort his SIL Myia and her Husband bought on Manitoulin I was intrigued... Being new owners I am sure they are CRAZY busy getting ready for opening their resort to the public... I had a few questions about a few things ok a little more then a few.. mainly because of my sons allergies to pets etc... I also wanted to know about their launch docking etc etc.. Seeing as how we are camping for a few a days, I figured I would receive a Yes, No, Yes, Yes, No sort of response.. but what I received was nothing less then a detailed novel! they are working hard to accommodate us away from other people that have dogs etc to minimize the chance of my sons allergies to pets and the asthma that comes along with it.. Myia went into great detail about their operation and have impressed me beyond what I expected. She has us setup on a large site 50x70 away from the beaten crowds.. Thank you! I owe her and her husband a big thank you for taking the time to respond to my/our questions.. and for going the extra mile... even if only for a long weekend camping as a family..
