  7. I would say for a value of 5500 6000. The e tecs didn't have a great reputation for reliability most of the boats I see for sale with e techs mention new powerhead still under warranty. BRP=BRING RINGS & PISTONS
  8. need anything moved you know who to call
  9. guess I should get u out for one more walleye slay there old man hehe
  10. Actually better to read bottles of oil to see what there for or email the oil company's. Not like brp yammy or merc make there own oil l If anyone has a Marine specific formula it's am soil. Sierra makes marine oil as well. Or just stick to 2 stroke for a entirely different argument
  11. I use a blood knot for the braid to flour connection And Palomar for all things braid
  12. You really want to believe that go ahead. See way more eco diesel for issues than anything else. Blown engines failed emission components drive ability stuff ect. And the 30 mph don't mean muck when a oil change is 200 bones and fuel filter replacement every 30k
  13. your gonna have to drive em all and see your best fit. there isnt clearly one better than the other, some people like ford seats some dont ect ect they all haul and most trucks built these days all have 300 hp or more. only real advice i can give you is dont touch a eco diesel dodge or a eco boost ford they tend to problematic
  14. Pretty much have it done just waiting.for windshields. And come. Handles.
  15. Didn't know.the phone was part of lethal training geeze. Don't get it over 1m k of commuting no accidents. Law stupid will continue to talk on phone
  16. I talk on my phone have for years whoopee catch me if u can I say. Cops ems.and fire talk on the phones cause its legislated in. What special training do they take to multitask cause it should be available to all of us
  17. The weather so far lol. Hardest part is the prep cleaning more.cleaning . Advice buy extremely sharp knife using a Olfa with.black blade been.best so far and making sure the.carpet grain lines.up.
  18. I have a slide hammer attachment to get gimbal out. Usually looking around 5 hrs for merc. Most of it straight forward nuts and bolts job. Hard parts are adjusting shift cable. Make sure u align gimbal bearing up for grease fitting . A draw a diagram of how the clamps are clocked. When I ve done this always replace gimbal and shift cable make sure u inspect u joints in shaft
  19. Nope just carpet don't wanna get to spoiled
  20. Well after pricing out a couple brands of new boats decided to fix up the ranger new.powerhead live well timers water pressure Guage. Decided to do the carpet getting a little punky at 25 years old. Learned lots like not doing g it again lol. Progress so far.
  21. I don't get it myself. But guessing that means all fish are.kept.on non tourney weekends for consumption cause if that wasn't the case be hundreds of floaters put there every Monday from u know letting all the overs and unders go
  22. I think it was a push, really know all kinds of people that decided to fish elsewhere this past weekend due to the can am so really don't think the lake was really hit any harder than any other weekend with the majority of the fish surviving the release. most of the fishng boats in my neck of the woods stayed in dockage all weekend. as for mortality I would be really intrested to see which boats the dying fish came from. reason being never lost a walleye in my livewells in any temp, usually use my livewell aereator system to help fish recover they leave in bettershape then they come in, had a 34 inch walter the other day put in the bubbles for a couple minutes near jumped back in the lake after 5 minutes. and this with a older bass boat livewell system with updated pumps and such new ones even better. tourney fishing can be fun and most competitors care greatly for the fishery and are amassadors for the sport, pointing fingers won't make it better or make it go away, but gives us the opprutunitty to develop ways to move forward
  23. If that was true wouldn't be able to tie my shoes up thank god for velcro
  24. Seen duds from all manufacturers. But usually bad charging and use habits will determine battery life. I been.using deka battery sold as diehard powersurge carquest for years put a dp27 2 year old cranking battery and two new 27dc in ranger in 2007 just replaced them all last year. Charger is.important checking.water levels important Keeping.charged is important. Seen faulty or manual chargers.boil a battery dry.
