  1. I really like these for Pike!
  2. ... and why the need for rules?
  3. That's great to hear Cliff!!! We will be waitin' semi-patiently for the pics.
  4. Sounds like some of the women down here...
  5. 30# can be a little light, or just right depending on conditions (heavy cover etc.), there's no problem tying fluro IF you lubricate the knot well before cinching it down. I use saliva or an oil based fish attractant.
  6. Slowpoke!
  7. I have had the motorguide wireless on my boat for a while now and haven't had any problems with it. I LOVE it!!! I can sit at the console and run the trolling motor (from the back of the boat for that matter). Thats a beautiful boat Dan, dunno if I'd squawk too much about the bigfoot over the regular 50 hp 4 stroke...
  8. I believe it's the 21st and 22nd of June. Some folks will arrive the week before, and some will stay for the week after. The Pike tourney will be on the 21st.
  9. It would be good to at least have something in the pic for "scale"... your team logo on an 8.5 x 11" piece of paper would work well.
  10. Great Pike porn and report!!!
  11. Great report and pics Ben!!! The logo is s'posed to have '08 or 2008 to be legal... but after all, it is just a for fun tourney... I plan to laminate my logo when we all the bugs worked out, until then I print out 3 or 4 to take because of wet fish and the likes.
  12. Fluro leaders are great!!!... for everything except topwater lures, it really does kill the action of a topwater bait.
  13. Great report and pics!!! What was the water clarity/visibility and surface temp?
  14. WE WANT PICS! WE WANT PICS! WE WANT PICS!
  15. How do you reckon those Sailfish get the cans open to eat those sardines?
  16. Hoidy said to Goidy, there's a woim in the doit!!! Goidy said to Hoity, don't worry... the woim won't hoit!!! Great pics Cliff!!!
  17. I would say your best bet is to read your owners manual and follow their directions... may be the same as what they told you at the dealership.
  18. I think you can "bump" the ignition switch and turn it a little each time until you have it positioned right Carole. Edited to say: It'll be a lot easier if you have someone watch the rotor while another person slightly turns the ignition key (just enough to engage the starter for an instant) and it make take a few tries for the rotor to come around into position.
  19. The Best of Luck to all y'all!!!
  20. Congratulations Alex!!! ... she can borrow your earrings when she gets a little older.
  21. I think it would all be better left up to a CO to decide if they were doing anything wrong!... those are all my fish and I spend 30 hours a week hand feeding them!!! and just the idea of some low-life coming in and stealing them with organic baits is more than I can stand!!!... if they'd had marshmallows, I'd have bashed their nadz in and shot them on the spot!!!
  22. Yeah, I always throw my heavy deep sea tackle in the ocean when I'm done fishin' with it for the day... while it's still attached to the fish!
