  1. Yup, they're round and have holes.
  2. Well then you better take a trek down to the beaver damm
  3. I have used the Uniden brands with no problems, both hand held and fixed. I would stay away from the Cobra units, it's real bad assembly line junk from what I have heard. Try:http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Product_10151_-1_10001_58954_200001005_200000000_200001000_200-1-5
  4. Brian, here's another good eye in the sky for Simcoe County. You can pretty much zoom in on the fly on the cows butt with this one. http://www.discoversimcoe.com/InteractiveMapping/index.htm
  5. Bang on Dan, if you can see them applying make up, playing with the phone, you're damm sure they're not paying attention to the surrounding traffic!
  6. Brian, found the link that you need, it shows 76D open on the sundays, the rest of 76 not. Here: http://www.mnr.gov.on.ca/MNR_E001312.pdf Good luck.
  7. If you need warning first, then what the hells the point of having regulations in the first place, why not warn drunks not to drive drunk a second time or ...get the point. I back him up 110% for what he did.
  8. Good shootin Brian, makes up for the other day.
  9. Princess Auto also carries them, or, any large truck shop can make them for you in 10 minutes..
  10. Stove Top Stuffing, can't beat it.
  11. Excellent article, I've been using 3M for boatwork, no more "peelers" that require redoing when using sillycone.
  12. 12 Volt, 7 Amp Gell cell with a charger, available at the large fishing stores or any good battery shop, like this: www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10151&catalogId=10001&langId=-1&partNumber=30289&hvarTarget=search&cmCat=SearchResults
  13. Maybe your professors first name was Albert, it's a myth myth myth, now say it! It's due to old style porous battery cases that sweated and reacted with the cement. Doesn't happen now. The only other way you get discharge beyond the nornmal self discharge is if the area between the terminals is dirty and damp and will allow continutity. Say it again...myth.
  14. I think they say 14-21 days just to be on the safe side 'cause stuff sits and goes through the border. Most, if not all items I have ever ordered, have taken anywhere from 3-10 days.
  15. For gawd sake, don't be ordering any food in french.. you might end up with a "toe cap"
  16. ya, it's a shortened prop from one of Waynes sky zoomies.
  17. Got to admit, that's customer satisfaction. Although I have no beef with my Ram, I may well downsize for the next truck and it may be a Toyo.
  18. With the remaining snow cover in the hills and the usual spring rain, I would almost bet another 3-4 weeks before it comes down to a quasi normal level. The Mad was over the banks again yesterday morning and the Pine just borderline. I wouldn't bother fishing it with these conditions, gawd, you'd need a cannonball to hold down the roebag.
  19. Here ya go Wayne, still looks pretty white, small spot on Cooks Bay appears to be open. http://coastwatch.glerl.noaa.gov/modis/mod...on.143.250m.jpg
  20. The Notty is normally about 6-8 feet lower than the above pics.
  21. Honestly, without any disdain where anyone is from, I think the guys are more interested what we buy here and how it's packaged than what happens south of the border with dealers.
  22. Find yourself a spray can of G-96 gun cleaner, it's very similar if not the same the army dudes use, CLP Breakfree. Spray on, let sit, wipe off.
  23. My son picked up a 40# MinnKota with maximizer for $269, $200 off regular, a refurb, but full 3 year warrantee.
  24. If you don't, you might be one of those that has his ball and nut slowly undo from metal to metal friction, then you'll have more of a problem that one messy ball, you might just end up with Andretti streaks in the skivvies.
  25. And if that don't work, get a couple of strips of bicycle tire tube and slide them in on the upper side of the hitch hole, nothing like a little rubber over the stinger.
