When I go out in the boat, and my fishing friends want to drink, I make sure that they know, that THEY will be paying all the fines involved.

Last year on this date I was ice fishing ( 6" of good ice ), on Frenchmans Bay in Pickering. On Saturday I saw a guy in a boat fishing that same spot, how crazy is that. It's going to be a short season!

My first day fishing on ice last year was Dec. 16th. on Frenchmans Bay.

Why do we not arrange a fishing day for our members down at that harbour?

I have only used Peppermint oil on cotton balls, for the last 5 years to repel mice in my boats ,cottage, and even a tent trailer, stored on the edge of a farmers field, behind a 100 year old abandoned farmhouse, ( lots of critters,) and have had no problems with mice for the last 5 years. Try it , it works.

I am a 5th generation Canadian and I am Agnostic so religion really does not mean much to me ,BUT it is about respect for others beliefs. If you want to have a Celtic pagan ritual, thats fine , on your own time and not in a public school.

I do not think it is the "westen world" , but more like the "Christian world", and this would be taking place in a public ( multi-faith), school.

Some religions ( Penticostal) say that it, ( halloween) is paying respects to the devil. A pagan festival. There are 250 million Penticostals , they make up 25% of the worlds Christians. What does school and teaching have to do will halloween?
