  1. test.. I hate coding...
  2. You can also call the city as it would be a violation of the Flood and Fill Lines. The NPCA doesn't have much teeth anyway. The MNR and others do, though.
  3. Just get a map and be careful outside the channels. There is a reason it is called Stony!!
  4. I believe that may be an anti-trust violation. At the casino I work at, we have to keep our alcohol prices higher than all the city bars. We are not allowed to try and compete with the bars. Using public funds to compete with private enterprise is patently unfair unless they run the operations strictly from profits and is in no way subsidized or unfairly low priced.
  5. Are you at work? We are using new cookies here. If i takes you a loooong time to read a page u may be timing out your session...but that has not happened to me. Anyone else get that problem?
  6. As we stated before the conversion, the gallery is now on it's own site. I forget the URL though.,,lol,
  7. LMAO!! Are you running Commodore 64?
  8. I shrunk to boxes to 200px relative. Thats about as small as I can make them..they are 12.5% narrower than before.
  9. Firefox and Chrome and Opera are the best three in that order (IMHO). Firefox wins hands down. Increasing the http.pipelining to 16 and max-persistent connections triples Firefox's already fast speed to blazing fast. I installed it on Julies laptop and tweaked it for her and she LOVES it. Like others mentioned, the add-ons for it make it the best. As you get more experience with it you keep adding new gadgets... Stumbleupon being my fave. Of course I know all members have set Ad Block plus to allow on this site You cannot uninstall IE as far as I know anyway. It is a core component of windows...which is why it is a risk.
  10. No..what the others are referring too is IE and it's confusion when it finds an Iframe. The Google ads were all in Iframes...as supplied by Google. So IE would see them as seperate pages..therefore one click to back them up, another click to back the page up. It is not a skin issue but a browser issue. IE8 does not apparently have the same problems. Since these pages are all dynamic, I doubt the issue will be there.
  11. It is considered bad form now to enable that. Don't ask why..but it is not W3C compliant...but I will see what I can do. You can still post videos the old way with the imbed code. I too use Firefox so didn't notice this.
  12. I found new settings..this issue should be ok now
  13. Hasselhoff is big in Germany, Quesnel is big in Sweden
  14. Love the pics. Saw the bats on Facebook. Little Brown Myotis?? Those are great shots! Star trails are awesome!! Must have been a crazy long exposure! Did you use the 12,000 ISO ..lol
  15. I'm way faster Spiel. Ranging from 0.08 to 0.20 seconds. Update your IE or try another browser and see what happens. We are using the newest AJAX coding so older browsers will suffer. IE6 won't work at all, but it has been dropped by Microsoft into the archives. Early versions of IE7 may have a few issues too. The only way to know what the issue is, is to do something different and see what happens.
  16. I am still learning like you guys are. I have done my best to not read the manual..cause thats what men do. Here's a few things. You can share your favourite posts on Facebook and a whole slew of other social network sites. You will notice a button that says 'Bookmark'. When you click on that and select your favourite site, it will post a link to your profile (Facebook profile for example). PM's are now threaded. So if you send someone a PM do not delete it if you are hoping for a reply. Cause if you nuke it, it ends their ability to reply. We are upping the PM max to 500 per member in light of this. The sidebars are collapsible by clicking on the arrows on the right side of the main page. All forums are collapsable as well. You can also make your post here a Tweet (see the Tweet button in the text editor. If you don't know what a Tweet is, don't worry about it. Did you know we have nearly 80,000 PM's in our database? Neither did I..lol. Babysitting that script was fun ~~~ There are lots of features that are still not turned on. We are trying to move incrementally to reduce the 'tech shock'. But, they are all very cool and will certainly help to move us forward and expand the community experience. Coming next- Google Member Maps And.... Something TJ is working on for the chat. I ain't saying what though...but I know if you pour enough beer into TJ he will tell you.
  17. Welcome to the site 3Man. You may find you get a better response from the members if you first make a post introducing yourself. It is kinda the custom here. There are many experienced anglers and I am sure once they get to know you they will help you. I will say that there are many musky in the lake. I will give you three hints and then you can find them on a map and go from there. Hurricane Bend, Horseshoe Bay, Burleigh Falls.
  18. Sorry Gerritt, but it was too much before..doing seven edits for each change was a PITA. The Club Skin was by far the most popular, was cached in Google for us and was available in this coding. As far as the future goes..who knows?
  19. There are at least 15 sizes possible with your resolution. Try and find one that is a happy medium until we get a chance to recode the skin a bit.
  20. Your browser should remember the last settings. Mine does. If not, clear your OFC cookies and give it a go again.
  21. They are likely gone, but if you are looking I can help you out.
  22. You can scale the avatars by holding down CTRL and using the scroll wheel on your mouse.
  23. The dealerships cannot go to Service Canada Centers for customers any more.
