We represent insurance companies all the time in accidents Gerritt, and it very RARELY goes to court. They will try to settle out of court, if that does not work they will try a mediation and it goes on an on and then they generally settle out of court without anyone having to go. If your insurance company is handling this through their lawyers, that is already a sign you are covered. They just need (and righfully so) your input on the accident. Take a deep breath my friend

The sticky snow made for a beautiful winter wonderland tonight, so I shot a few pics.

Thanks Guys, the trifle went a long way, but sadly, had to be put to rest today, got all runny. I'm sure I gained more than 3 lbs eating it, let alone looking at it Yep, he's growing like a weed B. He's a ton of fun to watch grow and learn. Really enjoying him and can't wait to see how he grows up and for all the new things he'll see for the first time, like snow tonight
