    There are 3 games before the Olympic break and then the next game isn't until the end of the month. Up to game shape by the end of the season should be the priority, not coming back too soon. Almost had a 2-fer last night. The Colts were down 5-1 in the 3rd against London and made it 5-4 with 4:30 left in the game. Interesting comparison to the ACC prices. At the Colts games there is a restaurant section (Seats in the open part of the arena that have a server taking food orders). I paid slightly more for a burger and onion rings then I did for a hot (sliced off the roast as you order) roast beef sandwich and kettle chips at the Leafs game. The burger/rings were fine but the roast beef is excellent.

    Awesome photos. Right from an early age I loved maps and aerial photos. I always have a sore neck during/after flights… I should have been a bird.

    They don't always work but they can make a difference. Even a snow drift, created by a snow fence, a hundred feet from the road can help keep some of the blowing snow off the highway. I helped plant some of those trees 20 odd years ago in the Orangeville and Shellbourne areas.

    Incorrect application (or interpretation) of the puck over glass rule on Gleeson. The linesmen is 10 feet away from the play and either didn't see what happened and guessed or doesn't know the rule book.

    Scrivens was a very serviceable goalie but I think the Leaf's upgraded in Bernier. Everyone wants to trade coal for diamonds.

    I wonder how much the counties and municipalities not doing as much snow fencing has contributed to the blowing snow on the roads?

    Had a crv, and it is light on the towing capabilities. If you're only towing 10 kilometres to the local lake from spring till mid fall it's not likely an issue. Anything more an I'd say look for something else.

    Wow. I wouldn't pay that, but I don't set the market.

    The rule of thumb for the better teams in the league is about a million bucks per regular season game. These outdoor games are pulling in around $10 mill and maybe $20 mill for the big house.

    It will run its course, but the money pulled in by these games (sort of shared 50/50 with players) might trump all. Injuries happen during regular games as well.

    I have the chip and the app for my phone. For Simcoe they are the same. I'm nervous about wrecking my phone, or dropping it down the hole, so I'm reluctant to use it on the ice. I use the app more for scouting and planning.

    Obviously lots to be worked out still and there are games in hand, but once again the league's play-off system will favour teams in week divisions. The second and third place teams in the metropolitan division will likely have the easiest match-up in the first round… Against each other. The winners of the 2 divisions will have harder first round opponents then 2nd and 3rd place in the metro. As they stand now: pitt 74 pts v det 56 pts bos 67 pts v mon 59 pts tam 67 pts v tor 60 pts nyr 57 pts v col 56 pts Micky Mouse, but exactly what we've come to expect from bettmen.
