    I for one, am shocked that a hockey player would use such language. Never heard that at the rink before. No doubt team chemistry can be an issue, but one player telling another to "shut the fun up" during a game, in of itself doesn't mean much. Which game was this from? Game situation?

    Heading to North Bay to watch the Colts play this afternoon with my son and brother. I watched my first junior game there when the Trappers played back in the 70's.

    Facts are facts. No name games here. Most play-off matches are not what they were 10-15 years ago. There are few easy match-ups. That doesn't mean the wings are heading in the right direction.

    Year over year. Look at the play-off record. Look at the points. Look at where they are finishing in the standings. They moved to a softer conference (top to bottom) this year and still are brining up the rear. The only thing missing is the beeping sound.

    "Ain't perfect" is right, but it is much better then the alternatives. The same has been said of democracy.

    That the way it goes. People can skip commercials so easily these todays. Prime time tv shows and big box-office movies have product placement all the time now. Some are more subtle then others.

    Yep, need to look at the municipality that the road or secondary highway is located. Just because a vehicle is parked and not ticketed or towed doesn't mean that it won't be.

    A small worm has worked for me since I was a teenager. I use gulp products mostly, and a few others, but gulp is the one I have the most confidence in. I can't remember the last time I used bait.

    Nope. There are guys still out from the old outflow icefishing. Can't say how much ice is there, or the quality, but there is no open water yet.

    On the up side I took my son to his first play-off game. Colts won 7-0 and finish off the Wolves 4-1, on to round 2.
