Hi Guys Just did a week at Little Miss. The weather was almost too nice!! More like sitting under a shade tree with a cooler full of ice and beer weather, Hot, blue bird skies with zero wind But the Walleye fishing in Little Miss was fantastic The only place we did not catch fish was in the long arm that goes to the north east. We had one day of heavy rain started at 9am and lasted till 4. We were out when it started and stayed out till noon most of the guys were soaked by then But the skies cleared and we had a great evening fish. Bugs were almost non existent I never had the bug jacket on and only used the spray once All the Walleye we caught were full of the May fly larvae But they were aggressively feeding as the adult may flies had not yet surfaced. Little Miss was easy fishing for numbers of 17-20 inch Walleye. We caught very few under 16". Pike were plentiful but none over 30" and most very skinny and under 24 inches. We were able to boat into Elbow Lake There were 2 beaver dams to get over We did not get to Trump Elbow produced the biggest fish a 25.5 inch a 24 and a 23 inch. We did not get a pike over 30" in Elbow We fished the outflow at the north end twice once it was very good and once ok One of the other boats went twice with about the same results A buddy got a Whitefish out of Elbow It was very tasty almost zero fat not like the ones we get in Simcoe The big fish did not come out of my boat so no pics of them until the lads send me some Fish porn to follow Cheers Rick

In the Marco Muzzo incident, 3 years ago, a Grandfather and 3 grandchildren were killed. His name was released pending charges.

You can make up all the excuses you want, But bottom line the truck driver went through a stop sign in front of a bus and 15 people were killed

Hey Simon Great gig Its fantastic ya can make a few bucks doing something you love to do! Just a heads up on the insurance thing. You might want to have a conversation with a lawyer on the issue. There is a whole new set of rules when you are receiving money for services rendered. A buddy was planning to rent fish huts, as a part time winter thing, but when he looked into insurance he changed his mind. Cheers, Have fun Rick

Hey Chris You got it real bad!! LOL You need a fishing trip Cheers Rick

Bill Ya might not make May 1 But with the warmer weather and rain May 5 could be doable. Lots of melting happening up here now Open water at any river/creek mouths and current areas

Very nice Bill Its great to see some fish pics from the soft water To many more successful trips Cheers Rick

Photos show no damage to front of the truck, major damage to front of bus, major damage to trailer and load littered over scene. Appears bus hit truck. But events leading up to crash are under investigation.

Yes I agree with Sinker on the Polaris. If you are planning on winter use, they have issues starting in the cold.

I do not have a lot of experience with the sxs but as far as ATVs I have been running a Can Am for 4 years, before that a Yamaha Big Bear for 12 years, using it for summer trail riding and working around my camp, in winter for ice fishing and plowing snow Machine has been perfect zero issues. I do keep mine hooked to a battery tender in the winter in the unheated garage. Grease it and change oil once a year. Use 87 Octane gas with Star Tron all year I ride with another XT same as mine, and an XT Max which is the 2 up, a Yamaha Grizzly and a Honda Rubicon. The only issue is with the Honda in the winter, When its cold the electronic shift does not work some time. Happy shopping Cheers Rick PS My buddy with the other XT, just read this post, and reminded me of one issue I did have. That was a taillight getting water inside. This was replaced by BRP under warranty

Thanks guys My Terrova is in its 6th year with lots of use and zero issues. I like the break it when its broke theory, but I sure would miss it if it was out of commission. I use it damn near as much as a fishing rod But I have lots of back up there! Cheers Rick
-
Fantastic stuff there Simon Your videos are great. and Jack sure is growing Cheers Rick
-
As the title states. I have a 24 volt 80 lbs thrust Terrova How many years do you think it will last? Mounted on an aluminum 17.5" hull with full windshield. Always run on fully charged batteries If that makes any difference. Any preventive maintenance you would recommend? Thanks Rick
