I think we've speculated enough on what might or might not have happened on someone elses' board. Let's hope they can get it back up and running the way it was and peacefully.

Yeah. Simcoe should have its own board. It's a large lake with specific ice fishing situations. I'm surprised a Simcoe specific board would have trouble. Hope they get back up and running....especially at this time of the year.

FOTB, over the years your suggestion has come up several times. It's great that members think about and suggest ways to make the board a better place. But, in this particular case, for every pro to splitting the board into sub-forums, there's an equal or greater reason for keeping it as it is and believe me when I say we've hashed this one out. Thanks for at least taking the initiative to post about it.

I was flipping through the flyers last week getting ready to go do some shopping when I saw channa filets on sale. I'd never heard the word so I Googled it and found that channa is snakehead. I was under the impression that the fish was banned from import a few years ago...2003 I think. Anyhow, I was curious to know if any of you folks have seen it being sold in your grocery stores.

It's like this every year CH. You can set your watch by it. Two out of season bass one vertically held muskie and a coupla hi-res pics of a very secret honey hole (of which only a few thousand people know about) and we'll be right on target.

That might be part of the problem Terry. If I wanted to change or fix something on a message board I probably wouldn't email another member. If I was sincere in wanting to fix someting, I would propbably email someone who could do something about it. I hope that didn't come off as a smug answer....It wasn't meant to be.

I enjoy ice fishing as well. I just don't get to do as much as I'd like to. I haven't even put the float suit on once this year. I hope maybe I can hit St-Pierre this coming weekend.
