Been out MANY times on Lake Erie in my 16' Grumman fishing for walleyes during tournaments, etc when Lake Erie was ANGRY......but that was when I was much younger.....many times I caught so many walleyes during these blows I didn't know what to do with all of them, while looking for MR 12 pounder....

These other "foreigners" really take the heat off of us Americans....see, were not so bad after all, are we....

Hey, as long as your catching them on your side why cross all the way over to NYS waters.....I actually go out of the Catt....Sturgeon Point was closed for launching as they dredge out the harbor entrance...."might" be done by now.....we did make on trip out of Sturgeon Point before they closed it off....did fairly well, but not where all the boats were that day...hardly any fish in that spot that day...but we finally found them well away from the pack. BTW nice boat....Brian made me say that....LOL

In WNY they are called Brook Trout.....but MOST are stocked.....use to fish them all the time with my dad....he would travel all over NYS fishing these small streams for his trout....I had to beg him to fish in a boat.

Are those wild or stocked trout .....

If this is a glass boat, mount it inside the boat.

In the 70's the Great Lake had too high phosphate levels, resulting in too much fertilization in the water.....then the zebra mussels invaded the Great Lakes.....they then said the zebra mussels were filtering the water too much and it was now too clear of water.....now the western basin has too high of phosphate levels again..... Who do you believe........I always go by my instinct....FOLLOW THE MONEY...
