    I didn't get out near as much as I would like or as much as last year. Having an ankle biter at home does that. Maybe next year will be better. As for the limited number of times I did get out, I had a blast and did well.

    Indeed. A deep V matches my comfort level and compliments my fishing preferences. I like the flexibility to target multiple species and bodies of water.
