Stopping the native netting would be the biggest single thing to do period !!!! Everyone knows it all the resort owners and all the legal fishermen and the MNR knows it !!! So why is it not happening ?? And it is all about money as most if the walleyes end up on the black market for sale !!!! So how do they explain that as in their native right ?? The bands even admit they have illegal netters and will police their own ??? Ya right ....it's all Bull but we can't speak the truth cause someone gets offended and thread gets locked ....

Both sides have valid points and issues but there is no way to discuss them without offending one side or the other !!!! There is too many unknown facts about this massive claim and I'm sure it will drag out forever anyways but like most big govt deals we need more info period not speculation!!!!

Your catch limit is always your possession limit !!!! If your limit is 2 walleyes you are not allowed to keep anymore walleyes till those fish are consumed !!!! You cannot stockpile fish and count them as its ok to catch 2 more tommorow and 2 the next !! You can only do that if you eat your limit everyday then you can go back out and catch your limit again!! That's the way it works for whatever area or if you are in an area whith special regs or slots

i work in an elementary school,and have for 23yrs,and this has shaken everyone to the core,these were all little kids...except for the 6 adults,its scary and i imagine today there will be alot of scared little kids...its sad and its disgusting...

Ya I hear you Lew !!! I don't like the freezing rain cause I live on a big hill and the stop sign at the bottom is a worry but hey I'm used to it !!!! I wish the lakes would freeze and we get snow so we can all have fun this winter this is always my worst time of the year my boats are put away and my sleds are all ready to go and at the moment I can't use any of them !!'
