  1. Some nice tanks there!
  2. Awesome report as always! Thankfully the lodge and the staff made out OK as well, terrible season for the fires up that way. Thanks for the report!
  3. That is one heck of a list Adam!! We always bring a tarp big enough to use as an awning at the front of the cabin. Provides shade from the sun and protection from the rain. Eye screws and zip ties to secure to the cabin and rope to tie of to the trees. A rod tube for center support for height and rain run off. Have only had to do this a couple of times but well worth it. Rope is much lighter that bungee cords as well.
  4. And yet another incredible trip and report Mike, WOW! Pretty cool how a report like this can bring back some great memories for some, it is a small world.
  5. That was bloody AWESOME!! What a great read and fantastic report of your epic adventure!! Thanks for taking the time to put that together and congrats to you both!
  6. Having seen one of Andrew's fish, this will be worth the wait.....are you done yet?
  7. Nicely done Brian! They look great! BTW - I have a double willowleaf in my collection. It catches fish quite well.
  8. A jewel of a spot there!! Looks like a fantastic way to escape! Thanks for the report.
  9. You might have to build another dock but I'd gladly lend a hand with that. Nice to see the old girl running, she flies!!
  10. x2 on the SealLine bags. Had mine for more then 10 years I believe with no issues . As for a waterproof container with dividers, a Pelican case is likely your best bet but pretty pricey depending on the size you want. This site seems to offer some better pricing. http://www.pelicancasesforless.com/
  11. I don't think you can go wrong with any of Eddie's camps. Nice report!
  12. Sweet fish and definitely worth waking up for. lol.
  13. Mike is a wealth of information when it comes to doing one of these trips!! A great trip and report! Thanks.
  14. One heck of a trip!! Glad the fires didn't cause any problems for you, sounds like you were pretty lucky there. Hopefully they can get a break with some rain really soon. Loved catching graying many years ago, up that way. Fun fish to catch. Those pike and walleye would be a blast as well! Awesome report!!
  15. That would be on my bucket list as well! Nice fish, sounds like a great trip!
  16. Me as well. I've found that I use to be jumping on the new line band wagon in the past only to be disappointed in the product and tearing off the reels. (Wasted so much money on some of that crap.) These days I stick to what has been working over the years and that is all. Mixed reviews on the slick so I'll stick with the original.
  17. Could be as simple as the cheap chrome plating on the rims peeling off and rubbing on brakes. I've had that on mine.
  18. He got it from me. You should be able to find them at any place that carries towables. They come in a variety of designs. Ask for a self-centering tow harness. Nice report Cliff and awesome to see everyone had a great time. Congrats on the PB!!
  19. If your click on the marine tab at the top of the page there are several models to choose from up to a 4 bank 40Amp (10 per bank) charger. Not that I need one but the promo code worked on that. Good deal it seems.
  20. Terrific report!! Shows what the OFC Community has done in bringing people together to share in our great resource. Thanks for posting
  21. I always have a spoon tied on for panfish. I will also have a jig and a grub or tube on another rod and a 3rd rod will be a slip float rig.
  22. Exactly!! I'd call him out on it.
  23. Cool video Bernie!
  24. Absolutely!! Too bad the fire happened but a great story with everyone being OK. Can't ask for much more given the circumstances. Well done Corey!
