Hi All,
Got back from work at 8pm yesterday, and despite the inclement weather I went down to the shore to wet a line on the first day of walleye season.
It was....🥶COLD🥶...and snowing with a nice 20kmh NE blowing right in at shore, crazy that 4 days ago it was +32C.
I got a few though, hopefully it warms up soon.
Game 7 coming up Sunday night.
leafs played great in game 6. Mathew’s with a goal and he shoots five hole which is very interesting as the leafs scored many goals just above the pads at the start of the series. I think he saw the goalie was leaving five hole open to take away the above pad opening.
go leafs go.
WHEn I get back to the city I will mark the rock in the river on a map for you. I’ve got a place up here just to the north of opeechee island. I fish and boat here every weekend so I have no prOblem helping you guys stay safe. Let Me know where you are thinking of boating and I will do my best to let you know the trouble areas don’t bother Fishing near the provincial park it’s overblown and not great. IF you want largemouth find pads in the area.
Sturgeon bay and the shawanaga arent charted, the water in them is stained and theres surprises be careful.
