It's that time of year for those of us that don't want to get caught waiting too long.  The online system is up and running, took about 2 minutes, printed off a paper copy if Canada Post fails to deliver.

I no longer have to worry about that as of this past September.

What I want to know is how do I get my 3.5 months of over payment back.

just tried to reapply for next year and it wouldn't let me purchase anything. Whats up with that? do I have to wait until January1st?
