Parkinsons Disease

I was diagnosed with parkinsons in 2013, I'm about maxed out on my meds and the relief time they provide  keeps shorter and shorter. My last visit to the neurologist at the Cleveland clinic they suggested DBS (deep brain stimulation) surgery. I was wondering if anyone here has had this procedure done or know anyone who has. Thx.

Ok thanks you guy's, I've read up on it, I thought it would be nice to get some first hand info if I could.

Not sure about that procedure but I hope that if you try it that it works for you! My father suffered from Parkinson's for many years before he passed a few years ago! Best of luck!
