Aurora Posted April 19, 2017 Report Posted April 19, 2017 Hi, I am new to the forum. I am wondering if anyone knows of a public boat ramp on the north side of Ramsey Lake. I have used the lake a few times, always launching my boat from the south end at the public ramp near Science North but it is a bit of a trek. I have tried searching for one on Google and even used Earth to look around the lake, but the only one I can find is the one at the south end. If anyone has any tips, that would be great. Thanks.
G.mech Posted April 19, 2017 Report Posted April 19, 2017 (edited) OOPs, just realized the OP was referring the Ramsey Lake in Sudbury as opposed to Lake Ramsey....my bad. Edited April 19, 2017 by G.mech

OhioFisherman Posted April 19, 2017 Report Posted April 19, 2017 https://sites.google.com/site/ramseylakestewardshipcommittee/home You might contact them for more info on boat ramps?
DRIFTER_016 Posted April 19, 2017 Report Posted April 19, 2017 Man, that is a heavily populated piece of water. Only other ramp I could see was across from the public dock. It is at the float plane base/ canoe club. Doesn't really get you any closer though.
