well the first story.....they are all idiots,what stupid people do is astonishing

and the lucky marathon runner is very lucky to not have had more serious injuries than that,i thinks its a first for that catagory...lol..lol....

Kind of brings up a question I have. Correct me if I'm wrong. There was a huge old Pine tree that was famous as a one of Tom Thompson's famous portraits. A unique Canadian Treasure. I believe this tree was on Grand Lake in Achray. Can somebody shed some light on how this tree was cut down. Apparently campers.

Died in the mid 70's and was then cut down and used for firewood by campers in 1979.
