This notice regarding Angler Use and Movement of Baitfish in Ontario was posted on November 5 on the Environmental Registry. Feel free to provide comments and/or complete the survey. Fisherman Posted November 8, 2014 Report Posted November 8, 2014 I thinks it's wort the 10-15 minutes to complete the survey, that way anglers can't moan and groan afterwards. Doesn't take all that long and it's understandable that some areas need extra protection.

bigugli Posted November 9, 2014 Report Posted November 9, 2014 Don't have a right to complain if you don't participate in the process. Personally, all the regs, studies, red tape, and meetings, mean nothing as long as enforcement is inadequate.
