bpsbassman Posted March 12, 2007 Report Posted March 12, 2007 (edited) Just want to offer my congratulations to Dave Mercer for the great job he did organizing and raising money (over $21,000) for Cancer. Also a tip of the hat to all that contributed. I'm sure Dave's Mom is looking down on him today with a proud smile. Great job Dave and to all those involved. Edited March 12, 2007 by BPSBASSMAN

kennyman Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 (edited) Sadly I think everyone has lost someone they love to cancer. Thanks for your support Dave. It looks good for everyone that sponsors you and Facts Of Fishing too. You're a class act buddy. Edited March 13, 2007 by kennyman
Dave Mercer Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 WOW, All I can say is thanks for the kind words. But most of the credit should be given to the many fine folks who took part or supported CFC in 06. Our 07 campain is kicking off this weekend with The Casting for a Cure BBQ at Bass Pro Shops. So if you are by the store on Saturday or Sunday. Make sure to buy a hot dog out front all the money goes right to Casting for a Cure. Once again thanks to everyone for all your support. Hope to see you all this weekend. Make sure you say hi. Regards, Dave Mercer www.factsoffishing.com
David Chong Posted March 13, 2007 Report Posted March 13, 2007 Great cause, my friend! Happy to be a small part of it! Bass Talk 2007 will also help kick start this year's program with hopefully a larger donation than last year even! Cheers, Dave
