I normally don't have a heavy breakfast during the week, but today I decided to make an exception and do a lil fry up....

 

Good old western sandwich with homemade hash browns....

It's a western Omlette (green peeper, onions, ham, 3 eggs and cheddar cheese) with homemade hash browns...

 

BillM....I shared some with my wife .....and you're right....I'm good now until dinner after I get back from doin some out on the river
