Mr. Heater® Portable Propane Heater/Cooker

planning on buying a heater and maybe a cooker that is small and does not produce a flame.

wile surfing the net, i came across a link saying:

soo, i looked it up a saw that its both a heater and a cooker!

thinking of buying one,,, but first i was going to see if anyone has ever had one, and if soo, did you like it?

also,, has anyone seen them for sale around ottawa?

Great unit for sure !!! i have one just a bit smaller,and it heats my 2 man shack no problem!!!! for years i have also used a coleman stove too,lots of heat,and well fresh coffee,and a few walleye filetts right in your hut....doesnt get any better than that !!! ...cheers merry christmas too im not %100 positive but i think they are 5,000 btu"s i think

yep there great i have 3 of them in my rental huts and everybody likes them,i seen them on e-bay for $12.74 U.S

what a deal that is eh.

 

i would for sure buy more of them ,you will not be dissapointed.

Works great. Portable- heats & cooks. By a refillable 2-5lbs propane tank & adapter hose ...the 1lbs cans are useless...

Or skip the expensive adapter hose and just buy the one that screws into a normal tank.

Definitely a good heater/cooker, I made a small metal stand with a couple of J bolts and wingnuts to widen the base area when the soup pot or frying pan was on top. Worst thing I did was give it away when I sold the hut.
