Headed to the upper niagara river again this mornin, fishing seems slower this week i suspect the fish are heading to erie or at least starting to, got 10 or so smallmouth ,nothing big, but they are sure fat, lost a life jacket somewheres ,but he worst was my drop shot rod, got snagged up on something, usually the dropshot weights just pull off ,not this time, starts spoolin me so i grab the line with my index and middle finger, usually the weight pulls off, burn my 2 fingers so i let off and woop there goes the rod and reel, man what a aweful feeling, had to laugh what else could you do LOL, just not how i wanted to upgrade, so here are some pics , hope you all had a better day than me!!

Your face in pic's #1 and #2 tell the whole story.

Sorry about your gear, but good that you can still laugh about it.

Cheers

Oh man, that's gotta bite. Burn your fingers AND lose your gear - ouch!!! Sorry to hear that man.

Nice smallies otherwise.

Some nice smallies. Sucks about your rod though. We've all been there in one way or another.
