danc Posted December 5, 2007 Report Share Posted December 5, 2007 Nice shots, and it looks like you have a beautiful back yard Joey. A little advice on the snow shots. They are notorious for turning out blue. You can fix that with your white balance settings. Just play with it and you'll see the results change in your view finder before you even take the shot. There's very few circumstances that require white balance adjustments, but snow and indoor lighting are two examples when I use it faithfully. The farmer across the road sold all his dairy cows and now the pigeons that used to feed there have moved in to my feeding stations! At least they leave one area for the rest of the birds. Pam P.S.
