pameladallaire Posted December 4, 2006 Report Posted December 4, 2006 Another deadline met by the skin of my teeth. This one going to the museum tomorrow morning for the month of Dec. They will photograph it there for me, for the people waiting for prints. "Midnight Bandits" 16 x 20 acrylic on canvas with trompe loeil (fool the eye) painted window frame edge. Pam
Tdel Posted December 4, 2006 Report Posted December 4, 2006 Very Nice Painting Pam. Those guys are so easy to like when they are in someone else's backyard. Tom
b2kptbo Posted December 4, 2006 Report Posted December 4, 2006 "Midnight Bandits" appropriate title, looks good, well done...
Mike Pike Posted December 4, 2006 Report Posted December 4, 2006 You really captured their "look of guilt," Pamela!!! Awesome!
Carp Posted December 4, 2006 Report Posted December 4, 2006 Another of Pam's masterpieces. Looks great. My artistic talents are limited to drawing stick figures.
pameladallaire Posted December 5, 2006 Author Report Posted December 5, 2006 Thanks everyone, I took it in to the museum today and the director of the museum thought it was in a frame! LOL It's painted to look like a window frame with a handle. The triptych landscape "Rushing Waters" won't be in the show but they absolutely loved it. Made me feel good anyway. Pam
Nanook Posted December 5, 2006 Report Posted December 5, 2006 Ever thought of taking up painting as a hobby Pam Super work as per usual!
danc Posted December 6, 2006 Report Posted December 6, 2006 They get better with each painting Pam. Your style is unique. Like the others, I give it two thumbs up!!
