I just built 10' of cabinets with 16' of counter top Lower cabinets only. It took me 3 weeks of evenings in my shop and materials were $1,700.00 They aren't the greatest cabinets but acceptable Try a small custom cabinet shop. You may not get cheap but you will get quality. Don't cheap out on drawer slides or hinges

Debt retirement charge means loan payment. Do people pay for cash for their house? No, they spread the payments out over a few years. Thats what we did with the electricity plants. I would prefer to save the money and pay cash but governments don't do that. The same as when we got smart meters. They borrowed the money for them to pay back over 10 years instead of saving for 5 and paying cash instead of a bunch of interest. The same as our city just converting all the street lights to LED to save money. They claim it cost $10 million and with the super power savings and reduced maintenance costs the new lights will be paid for in 20 years. I believe that one was at kathleens urging. Anyway..we did manage to get 5 deer last week...fun times

When the electricity plants were built we borrowed money for them. Just like you borrow to Buy a house Then we sold the plants for less than we paid. You know, the smart way So then we had to pay the debt on what we gave away. Except dalton wynne snuck in a bunch of new debt. The best part is we paid tax on the borrowed money. Think about it. You get a car loan and the tax is included. There is no tax on your monthly payment but there is federal and provincial tax on our loan payments.. Sounds super crooked to me

If the tires are still good enough to turn in then maybe buy a set of 18" winter rims and put what you want on them, winter, all season, whatever. Drive them till the lease is done, turn it in with the worn but still legal tires and make sure the next lease will take the winter rims and tires you bought PS Read your lease carefully..I was about to go over KM on my leaser and wanted to know how much it was going to cost me...the spot where its supposed to say 5 or 10 cents per km says N/A.......booonus...somebody messed up when typing it
