If a guy has over his legal possetion limit, why shouldn't he be busted. Its no different then calling a CO when you see somebody snagging. That guy also could have been sitting in a bar and the guy at the next table was a CO sitting having a cold one and overheard and decided to pay a visit Edited to say, you better have a search warrant to come in my house for that though.

I think your best bet is to unhook all the wires from one battery, mark them so you know how to put em back, charge that battery, then unhook the other and charge it. Either that or take it to a dealer and have him tell you how to hook it up. If you aren't sure, don't mess with it. It could get expensive

I have had them swoop in on me in winter fishing in Lake Superior Provincial Park. You can generally see them coming, but I have heard they can cut the engine and come in pretty quiet. or sneak in over the trees. For the guy that got busted for no skin in camp. I would have gone to court over that one. Thats a load of crap.
