  1. Apparently the tick population is exploding in Southern Ontario. MS is brutal and permanent, if Lyme disease mimics it most should do their best to be alerted. Thanks for drawing attention to this.
  2. Those brook trout are beauts. Sure beat creek chubs for fighting and aesthetics.

    OFN

Yup, a lot of copy/paste and fill in the blank with OFC. Need more fishing reports, please.
  4. You forgot the 1980's, how many cups have the leafs won in the 70's, 80's and 90's? Montreal born here, learned that winning NHL cups is a long tradition. Too bad for us Malkin finally had a great game.
  5. I keep looking back at this great report
  6. The parents took us to the dump off Crystal Lake Rd. 30 yrs. ago when were in the area. Probably the best and closest spot to surely see a black bear.
  7. Another nice report Excellent pictures After 25 yrs. of fishing trib. headwaters only flicking Panther Martins seems to work. Resident browns, the odd brookie and other trout smolts seem to like #0 Blue Fox Vibrax spinners sometimes. Try faster, more riffly water as the season progresses.
  8. That is a huge Lake Erie walleye! \A guy here Superdad caught a 20 lber on Quinte years ago. Next world record walleye could come from Great Lake waters in Ontario.
  9. Alright a T.O pike report! Nice going
  10. That is a speck'tacular report Thanks for the details and efforts put into all this. From the PB brookie to the gourmet meals, this report rocks.
  11. Seems like the T.O pike crew isn't reporting or fishing Went to Dalrymple on Saturday and caught small pike on inline spinners, nothing picworthy. Maybe will try the islands soon.
  12. The quillback are not that common i guess, pretty cool though. A Bigmouth Buffalo posted here a few years ago(L.Erie trib) was super unique. Nice array of fish you catch
  13. I like that kind of local fishing. Those are white crappie not the black crappie found most other places.
  14. You could eat them in salads but it is best discouraged due to misidentification.
  15. Great report and well composed pictures Liked Lonnie Kings fishing shows on Rogers Cable 10 back in the 90's. Nicely done
  16. Keep it going Cigarettes and their makers are evil.
  17. Keep it going Cigarettes and their makers are evil.
  18. You need to thouroughly clean then cook that stuff.
  19. Thanks for the quick confirmations. I'll plan excursions around these dates.
  20. I read the links and was surprised at the numbers of deer and wild boar in Europe. Was thinking in the thousands but actually a few million. Seems like hunting is for the elite. First you need much money and then pass rigorous testing. 200,000 deer being roadkilled a year in Germany doesn't sound too good.
  21. For some reason my computer won't open PDF files so i am not able to see the MNR's fishing regs. Judging from a thread about Quinte, i would assume that pike and walleye are open around here as well. Am i right? Wondering when walleye are open on Pigeon Lake as well. Thanks!
  22. Wow I've never seen so many decent brookies amongst a mass of rainbows, like in this report. They do co-exist in tribs. An all- around good sign. What a weekend of fishing Many thanks!
  23. Really like the underwater shots and cool speckled trout
  24. Judging by the plethora of trout opener reports, i think many would agree that this spring has so far been successful. The eastern tribs really fared well by the looks of it.
  25. Nice specks! The wildlife pics are excellent too.
