We agree....

Lunch for my daughter today. Partridge breast deboned then marinated all day in Teriyaki. When ready to cook dredged through seasoned flour and then browned quickly in hot bacon fat with capers. Served with red rice and roasted asparagus and mushrooms and then topped with fresh grated Grana Padano. And of course a plate for me.

Just to remind me that June's annual trip comes around every year.

I've been remiss in staying involved here but trust me I'm still cooking and eating. This was from about 3 weeks back. A wild turkey breast brined for 48 hours then stuffed with ham, mushrooms and Swiss cheese. BBQ'd for 90 minutes at low heat until an internal temp of 155* then rested for 30 minutes, covered. To die for, seriously.....YUM!

My 2500 Stella from Japan (used/reconditioned) cost me well under 300. You can't beat the drag on them and at only a few dollars over 200....

I used to do well for walleye and bass there back in the day, never an issue with boat traffic. However I've not been there in at least a decade, I do keep thinking about all the big bass I used to catch.

Yes, my guess was it was done accidentally.

What I meant by "weird" was that it was pinned, I unpinned it. It is also now gone. It had more than lapsed the 60 day window for ads.
