As well as Whitefish and Fallfish. I fished Kipawa for many years, the Walleye in there grow quite large. In fact I love fishing lakes that contain both Walleye and Lakers, you can usually get a good bite from one or the other as the day progresses from dawn to sunset.

Being as hot as is was/is today I decided to use my new BBQ rather than heat up the oven to make a homemade Italian themed pie. Home made dough, thin crust, topped with Hot Italian Sausage, Green Bell Pepper, Vidalia Onion, diced Tomato and of course lot's of freshly grated Mozz. The black sprinkles added when it came off the grill are Trader Joe's Black Garlic, oooooh, so good!

I'm can't understand why anyone fishes for them once they're above the estuary waters.
-
Penicillin might fix it, ya....no! lol
-
Gross! I'm not certain but perhaps some type of (young) leech or maybe parasitic copepods.
-
I have eaten plenty of Rabbit Doug and I enjoy it. I do have family out that way but I seldom travel that way, if I do I will try to take you up on your generous offer.
-
That chain saw might might be able to clean you up a bit, scruffy. 😁

Not only have I never had a squirrel sandwich I've never had squirrel anything! I'm not opposed to trying it, it's just that I've never been offered it.

My marine dealer/mechanic supplied and replaced mine when I had the fuel guage sending unit replaced. If I recall correctly he said they were E-15 fuel lines....something like that.
-
Another thing you might consider given your motors age is getting all of your fuel supply lines changed over to ethanol tolerant lines.
-
This ^^^^ I've been running my 2006 4 stroke on ethanol 87 octane from the get go, no issues. And yes, install a water/fuel separator.

That's one Hell of fine Canada Day CM, well done indeed.

Six years ago on my buddies birthday (his treat too), we were there, front row, stage left. Bush, STP and the Cult. Hell of night. -

Can you dig it? I sure as Hell can. Happy Canada Day folks. -
Indeed Lew, I have witnessed on a few occasions ducklings disappearing beneath the surface to Pike (Bronte Harbour) at the great despair of the parent ducks who were extremely upset about it. There are truly monstrous Pike in the estuaries, inlets and bays of Lake Ontario.

I'm afraid not CM. I habitually forget to take my reading glasses with me when I go shopping, so I'm always stuck with my progressive lense sunglasses which make reading small print difficult. What caught my eye was a large sign that stated 2lb bag of prawns was on sale for $29.95, so on a whim I bought them never having eaten Prawns before. Once home I was able to read the bag which said farmed in Bangladesh. While quite tasty I won't purchase them again. I'll check with my local fish monger next time I visit next if he has a Canadian source for Prawns.

Oh Baby, that has me drooling.

Well the day is winding up. Gordie needs a little Frisbee session and I could use a post dinner walk. I'll leave you with a little Kim Gordon jamming with her friends........ -
First time buying Prawns, a quick marinade in lime juice, a dash of chili flakes and onto the grill next to the Asparagus. Served over some fried Basmati Rice with veggies. I'll do it again. 😉

Oh my gosh, who couldn't love that face. Glad to see you got yourself a new companion Barry.

I'll have to place an order Brian before the fall. Maybe even get you and your boy to deliver them in person and take care of yours and his rod issues.
-
Thanks Bill. I now have it laid out and ready to go on the rod this afternoon having attained customer approval (11.5"s to reel position was his request) to proceed. On another note, it must have been nice to hear VERA up about again. She didn't come this way this morning, maybe this afternoon.
