  1. For what it's worth there is (to the best of my knowledge) a small population of self sustaining Rainbows are in Simcoe from stocking efforts many years ago. Can't seem to find much info on it, however I did find this..... "One of the earliest records of rainbow trout stocking in inland waters of Ontario was in 1918 when 20,000 fish were released in Brough's Creek, a Lake Simcoe tributary, and in Lake Simcoe at the narrows near Atherley, Simcoe Count" From this site.... http://www.mnr.gov.o...ment/226925.pdf Congrats to you and your buddy CPH, not unheard of but quite rare from what I understand.

  14. I wish I could fly cast as well as you paint.

  16. Perhaps that is their job Roy. At $25.00 a case, nothing but profit.
  17. Sorry Bud, just didn't work out for me last night as no one was here but me and the dog.
  18. I had a long talk with Fish Farmer about the trip over coffee yesterday morning and he knows that I'd call it something other than dedication....
  19. Maybe so, but it's terribly annoying!
  20. It's may be on it's way Lew. http://www.thespec.com/news/canada/article/282531--monster-snowstorm-brewing
  21. I believe that's not unusual Mike, I had exactly the same sensation/reaction when done to me (twice), nasty! You'll be fine, we've still have a yet undetermined date to get together and fish. In the mean time, chin up and happy reading.
  22. Yep, worth checking out Fabricland on Kenilworth Gerritt, I've seen it there and probably the best prices you'll find in the city.
  23. Second place this morning.
