  1. Haven't yet tried it Bill but given your report (and knowledge) I'm not likely too.
  2. You just made my day Wayne! And yes, the morphine will do that.
  3. Everyone go fishing, it'll be less taxing on the brain....
  4. Looks like it's shaping up to be a stellar event Ryan. I'll add my thanks to Ryan's to all those who have contributed to make it a huge success!
  5. So he has disagreed with your statement. If you believe he's wrong make a post backing up your statement and prove him wrong.
  6. It's threaded, not sure if a gas resistant sealant is needed?
  7. I see. Well the fitting you showed in the link is the same as the tank fitting I had for my 25 horse Johnson. I believe it's a standard fitting and once installed on the tank you should be good to go.
  8. Why not take your gas line with you when you go to get the tank, I'm sure they'll fix you up on the spot.
  9. The stretches I used to fish in my youth Bill were pretty good through the summer and of course Browns are fairly tolerable in comparison to Bows and Brookies. But I suspect the stretch you're floating is further down stream from my old haunts and leaving them be till the waters cool is a wise and considerate choice.
  10. My relatively new Merc 4 stroke recommends 87 octane. I tried premium at Lakair this year and found the motor hiccuped a few times....
  11. I'm having a hard time imagining Buck be excited about this Garry.
  12. I need to get my ass out there and soon. Thanks for the report Fang.
  13. Stellar report TJ. I'm very happy to see you and the Boss get away for some needed R&R!
  14. It's an easy do it yourself fix. A little gentle heat from a lighter and it'll slide right off. Then take the rod to a local tackle shop and see if they have a replacement. Reinstall with a little thermal cement or 5 minute epoxy and your good to go.
  15. Your guides aren't straight Simon but I see from your amazing photos that there's nothing wrong with your vision.
  16. Great pictures Wayne, I'm pleased to hear you Jen liked it. The smile alone is worth it for me. Prayers and best wishes to you all, tomorrow!
  17. Good stuff Guy. And yes, Silver Bass.
  18. Good stuff Dan. I spent yesterday with family at pool side as well, good times.
  19. Grrrrr, I'm stuck at home working and you're out enjoying good company, sun and water. Why I oughta......
  20. With the warm weather settling in Bill you could consider a night drift.
