  1. Hec i don't think so Dave but they are goining in the cabin where it should always be dry with glass windows all around and the fiberglass roof
  2. So i go into Bass Pro the other day to price new captain seats for in the cabin of my boat ...... four hundred bucks each , my hands trembled and i just could'nt seem to pull out my wallet , i head back for home thinking all the way theres got to be cheaper way to put good seats in the boat . Then the other night i had an idea on how this might be done and i hit the kijiji web site where theres so much to look at . This morning an email came back with a yes ..... we still have them .... , off i went and returned with thease for fourty bucks each , hardly used . After checking them over with minumal work the seats will switch over to the pedestals that are now in the boat . For the price i think thease should be as comfortable for awhile .
  3. Most places .. dump sites will take it if you cut it all up , public costs at thease places are 90.00 per ton or less depending on where you are , you wont have that much if the boats a sixteen footer i would'nt think .
  4. Well that makes two of us Brad but i can tell you it is a fish ..... lol Welcome aboard .
  5. Well Brian i honestly remember when i joined almost a year a'go and thinking at the time how dose one get comfortableon this site with every one , what would be the proper way of going about it , it's probaly not easy for some people to come right out and starttalking about them selves , my self included so i would have to agree with the idea that some one eles said about having a spot labled on the board for where new people could go and do so ,,, introduce them selves . No pun intended but tell me if i am still missing some thing ?????
  6. I am unable to remember if i ever introduced me self or not .I'd hate to do it twice if i already did it once ,
  7. Awsome Simon , nice to see guys getting a chance to do what they like . WTG guys .
  8. I thought all the land was flat over your way , any how i had the same thing happen in1984 only end over end , six broken ribs and a fractured sternum , was laid up for almost a year with complications , you musta had an ridding on the yellow ........ lol . Hope you catch some fish .
  9. no i don't think its you , you don't seem to be antisocial in here .... lol , some days out there are just for me and i know how to have it that way if thats what i am after , and some days are just for others , all depends on what i am going out for .

  15. You learn some thing new every day don't we , just like i did and i felt dam bad about when Back in June i think it was , i took Radar and Big Cliff out on Simcoe for a day of fishing , we got back at the end of the day and found tickets on both their vehicles , 30 bucks each for parking in the lot at the tiffin boat launch where they came to meet up with me that morning , up to that point i never knew they were handing out tickets to cars parking there with no trailers guess because i had always seen cars parking there , I offerd to pay the tickets for the boys but they would'nt hear of it , now the only thing i can hope for is i get a ticket for parking when i am at their place one day ......................
  16. You'll be fine Lew , looks like he's going the other way ........lol
  17. Theres good and bad in all things i guess , i've had good luck so far with the Carlisles , my trailers are always working when they go out of the yard , genrealy carrying a fair amount of weight , probably more then most , i've tryed others over the years but they wear realy well over the others i find , the real test for me with them is on our damdem axle trailers which drag lots when your turning with weight , for the weight i like their harder compond . As for the Hercules Tires , i put my first pair of LT's on the wifes jeep liberty a year ago and i would have to say for the money i am liking them , they seem to be standing up to the wear .
  18. get Carlisle's , you'll be glad you did , i have them on all of my seven trailers ........
