Ok that's good to know. From what I've heard the reg lund seats are comfy, I think later on ill get the aftermarket pedestal, since I also heard the lund air pedestals only last 2-3 years. Thanks for the help!
Srt8, I'm assuming the reg seats are fixed as in they don't raise/lower? Never really paid attention. Me being young am not worried one bit if its a rough ride. Just looking out for my dad. If someone else manufactures lunds pedestals, without the upgrade I could buy the springfield pedestal, I'd just be without the lund pro seats right? Hard decision, the boat itself costs enough, you could continously be upgrading lol.
Difference between lund seats and their pro seats with airride suspension substantial? Ordered regular seats for my boat, not too sure if I should reconsider and upgrade, thanks. Its for a lund impact.
Its a great unit. I have the 12 volt, mine lasted a week trip @ obatanga p.p. Contemplating on selling mine soon though because I have an hds 8 and 7 coming on the new boat. I never had a problem with the suction cup on my ram x canoe. I paid the extra for this unit because of the colour, easy to read in sunlight also.
My left hand is practually useless and I use 201 models. I learned to cast with them from my uncle. Going to a 200, even though I'm dominant with my right hand feels so awkward and improper especially to set the hook. Keep @ it though, took me a few hours to learn. Now I own 5 higher end baitcasters
Read a few posts from the search, most were on midsize or smaller suvs. Im looking to purchase a used suv. Need it to tow an 18ft boat that roughly weighs 2500lbs loaded, and will need to include 4 passengers in the truck.
Have looked at the newer xterras (07), a grand cherokee 2005 hemi and a few chevy trailblazers. Any suggestions? Will need it for regular trips totaling no more than 3 hours one way. Also do a regular summer trip every year where i drive 10-12 hours up north.
Thanks.
The blank I use for pitching and flipping is labeled mh but preforms like a H. I used to use spinning but got used to using baitcast for all applications
6'8 m for dropshotting, 7' mh fast for spinnerbaits, 7 m xfast for light texas rigs, senkos, 7' mod action for crankbaits, jerkbaits, traps and a 7'6 mh for flipping and pitching is what I use. I use these 5 for all my fishing.
Forgot to mention the cumuras were a tad lighter, and were more sensitive than the ltb series. Either way both are good rods, can't go wrong with either
