I think Brian Burke was a great choice but as for Ron Wilson I wouldn't be sad to see him go I think Quinn was far better even with young kids. Wilson is a great coach if he has good, older players but he doesn't understand that benching everyone isn't teaching them they may need his help.

Another friendly bump lol. 5 more spots come on lol.

Rice Lake isn't to far maybe and hour to Bewdley and you can rent boats there for cheap and there is great Bass fishing there and Walleye is also great there.
-
Great report and pics as well, looks like you sure had a awesome day. I hope I can get some like that this weekend.
-
Wow that was crazy. I couldn't imagine what those people have gone through.
-
Hey thanks for the advice I will try that out this spring on Lake Erie when the waters rises a bit.

It really depends on what type of fishing you're going for when it comes to bass there is so many options. Generally if your using a baitcasting reel anything over 7' is good. And for the spinning if your putting a Stradic Cl4. I would go with something around 6'8" or 6'6 ML to M with extra fast tip thats what I use for bass fishing, Seeing as the main highlight of that reel is its weight, strength and sensitivity. PM me for any more questions. Chris

Yea kinda sounds like they just want more money for there pockets, any non profit organization takes alot out of it. When the Tsunami hit Thailand and surrounding areas I seen on a Documentary that Red Cross only shipped a quarter of what was donated I can't remember the amount it was still a lot donated but where the other three quarters went is well hidden in pockets I bet. Kinda sad that some people can be selfish like that. I understand people need to make money but some of them are living the high life and don't want to truly help any one but there pockets.

Sounds like you had a blast. Nice fish in the pictures. I love when the weather is like that with trees covered in snow it's gorgeous, not the nicest for driving but wonderful part of living where we do.

Yea this Tragedy mother nature throw at us really makes you think. I hope that's it for them now. I really think a lot of people realize how good we have it in Canada we have our storms but I couldn't Imagine something like that.

Hey thanks l2p I am actually going to head down to 50 point and just give it a shot off the point there better then sitting here. An I can't wait to go tomorrow to the Niagara I grew up in the area fishing and have never fished it. But I'm giving a shot and I'm sure I won't be disappointed even if I come home with out catching one. I just wondering though if bottom bouncing with a minnow is the best or should I bring some roe sacks or maybe something else? Any tips you care to share would be greatly appreciated. Chris

Yea I was thinking the same thing for today, but I'm not sure where would be good, I'm in Hamilton and there's nowhere to go really other then the Niagara so I'm going there tomorrow.
-
That's a beaut. I can't wait to go down to the Niagara, supposed to be heading down there tomorrow and I hope I can get some beauts like that.

Yea I have been going with my grandfather also my fishing mentor. But since they have been asking as much plus parking and walking to far is out of the question for him so we wold likely pay 20 dollars on top for parking. We don't go anymore I do miss it. But I still get out fishing with him lots.
-
Haha well it's not about catching as much as it is just getting out on the water lol. But I know that you were joking as well. But I would rather be on the water catching nothing then sitting on my couch.
-
Yea they always move really fast on there but most people will look through them all and you can re-add the post to the front page I've had lucky with selling thing on the site a few people just being goofs saying they'll pay like a quarter of what your asking but not to many.
-
Yea I just thought I would help some people find it. I asked and was informed so thought what the heck. And it sounds like a great bunch of people and I'd like to get on a team to contribute I fish every weekend on Lake Erie and the odd weekend up north.
-
They are secure but as others said just out it on for free people browse kijiji like girls with that facebook lol. So it should sell easy I have sold things off there. Some times it's the people off there you worry about.

Ever wonder what happens to a gut pile?

Exactly it's better to feed another life and help then to just waste and throw it out. And as another said he seen a bald eagle well if you care about birds the fact that your seeing bald eagles more now is great. I've seen a bunch on Lake Erie. I seen one down at my parents on Lake Erie take a baby duck out of the water and ate him on the point and left, then other birds came in and scavenged. Its the way of life. -

Hey Congrats he's a cute little guy. Happy Birthday to him. I got a 15 month old daughter its the best feeling ever being a dad. She liked the video to she was dancing to him singing lol.

Yea I hear ya I quit causes of heart problems when I was 18 and I could have played but only minimal shinny so I quit and then had a heart operation the day before my 23 birthday. But I'm back to full health I actually lost 60 to 70 lbs since I got off the meds and feel great and I'm glad to be back out on the ice I'm joining a league next winter and for the summer every sunday night good game of shinny and on afternoons fridays off so we play shinny from 8am until 2pm other then that I'm fishing after work or hanging out with my daughter and wife mostly fishing with the daughter quality time with her and an excuse to fish lol.

Thank you for asking that question Misfish I was going to get them Sunday when I go to bass pro shop but after seeing they're comments I think I am going to save my money now and wait.

I got out today to play hockey this morning for the first time in 7 years and it was awesome. I guess I missed it more then I thought, but the pain from being out of shape is worst then I remember lol. It was nice my daughter who is 15 months got to come watch me play and she loved it, Shes a big leafs fan lol. Takes after me. I ended up going out getting new skates and gloves and a helmet and my god there's a ton of stuff now I mean when I played it was just your average skate and that. Now eveything is light as heck and not cheap ended up getting a pair of new Bauer Vapor skates for 50 bucks they were last years model but good enough for me. But the gloves I got a actually really nice compared to what they had when I was younger, but they also cost more then the skates. Ended up spending just over 200 bucks for stick, skates, gloves and a helmet so not to bad seeing as there were a pair of skates that cost $849.99 lol that's just mental in my eyes that anyone could spend that. Sorry its not about fishing just bored as the daughters a bit tired out and falling asleep. Chris
