Yup, me too.I'm usually switched before the lure hits the water. I wonder why we do that I have used a buddy's LH retrieve baitcaster, and it just feels weird, but a RH retrieve Spinning reel feels weird too. I just don't know.

Touch wood, i have never been hooked. I have,however,hooked my dads glasses and used them as bait,when i was a kid, and once, i hooked the brim of my own hat, and pitched it into the water. BUT I DONT DO THAT ANYMORE THOUGH.... Just in case we ever fish together.

I got a pair of Cobras at CT last fall,for under 100$, and have used them to keep in contact with my Bro when we take 2 boats, and for communication between vehicules during the trip. I was getting 2-3 mile out of mine in a lake with forrested islands between us.

Thats another option i was looking at.Get a side mount tire bracket.That would put the tire exactly where i need to use it as a step.

Ya, i looked at that option, with my trolling motor on the bow pad, i have no room for a foot to step on and over the bow point. Ideally, what i would need would be a step about 2 feet below the top edge of the boat. I could then step over and onto the step, then down onto the ramp. Like EEZEE Step.That would be the ideal setup, if i could find a canadian distributor.

So far, i have been fishing with another person most of the time. But on occasion, i would like to get out and Just Fish, and spend the day alone, trying new techniques. I'm getting up there, and cant see myself driving the boat onto the trailer, and jumping off the edge of the boat, onto the ground. With bow mount, and sonar, mounted on the bow, i would have to jump from the casting deck, down 4 feet to and uneven launch, and risk breaking an ankle or leg Is there some kind on an accessory that you guys would suggest, that makes this an easier task?

I stopped watching this show many months ago. I usually go wash my bathroom when this airs.

Had the same problem with my transducer last season.Seems i had it tilted the wrong way.Make sure to tip the transducer so the trailing edge is lower than the leading edge.Worked for me.
