  1. WHAT DID YOU SAY
  2. This really ticks me off as it hits close to home. These people arn't fisherman there rapist. Wish The MNR would follow suit with the State of Ohio at least on the walleye harvest We have something going on here where the state may lower bag limit of perch from 30 to 25 that is going to upset a lot of people, they lowered it last year. Won't bother me if they lower it I will follow the rules.
  3. Glad to hear Connie and Glen are well!
  4. Better bring your own booze
  5. And to think he's only here 3/4 of the year HH your bang on with your comments. Wayne is a good guy! Always around to lend a hand Geesh did I just say that out loud
  6. Yep I liked it, although I didn't see it I listen to it. Wayne you must be an offensive type of guy , being a defensive coach for years with the young men I found it was a good game. A lot better than the usual blowouts.
  7. Well done! Glad to see you get out and have some fun! Thanks for sharing Tom
  8. Still good to hear from ya though, it can only go up from here bud.
  9. Tom your a mess
  10. Thanks Matt for giving a fellow buckeye some info
  11. Geesh Pete, hope it heals up alright for ya bud. Don't know about the hook but I'd of help ya with the brews Kudos to the one's with the good advice!
  12. misty don't make me get out my stick Paul later in the season last year we had some really low water situations because of the blows and Joe had to make an emergency run to the lake to get his boat over to the marina for winter storage or it would be dry docked right there where it normally sits. All is well now though it's sitting on the trailer where you and Deg parked just waiting. We may visit her in a week or two for a peek. Getting kind of pumped for that first weekend when she goes in the water except for all the work involved, I may have to use a shoulder hurt excuse
  13. More structure to fish! I know exactly where that is at, haven't been back in the bay for a couple years though. Wonder if one of the Tibbel boys got some work out of the removal process?
  14. Hard to believe uh Wayne I don't know where doubleheader and crew were fishing but I ended up in an area about a mile east of the bridge at a place you and I passed on more than one occasion and my boat landed close to thirty on our last day all came off of worm harnesses in 18 to 24 foot of water. Once we located the fish and caught a few I went back to my jig and didn't get bit once so it didn't take me long to switch back to a harness and the game continued. We didn't boat any real big fish but it was a lot of fun and it sent me home with a smile on my face.
  15. Hi doubleheader, I really think you have answered your own question here. I totally remember your post from last year. People were still talking about it when I was there a few weeks later. Now I have only been in that area twice and I was sure of my fish catching ability and tactics that works at other places would also work there also, I WAS SO WRONG. It wasn't until I finally listen to someone that knew did I get any positive results. I say keep on keeping on doing what you have proved to work. If it was me I just make sure I had plenty of crawlers. Sorry I can't help ya with the gulp. Cheers
  16. Either that or my buddy drinking his crown & coke
  17. Paul I was checking on any ice spots for Lake Erie because my buddy Joe wants to go check his place and read where their expecting waves up to 16 feet during the big blow in open water areas Yikes
  18. Nice walleye! Terry I think ol Wayner's been holding out
  19. Wild stuff Wayne! I wouldn't have wanted to be the guy next to the whole that is bent over though
  20. Dustin I don't know how you managed to keep the camera still, funny stuff
  21. LOL I could just see the size of the container with all those warnings. Use to get a kick out of t-shirt's that said " I have a drinking problem, I drink, I get drunk, I fall down...no problem" Cheers
  22. He may be busy Roy
  23. Well with all the reports lately of crappie customer service and pricing I thought I would share a great shopping experience. I've been in the market to purchase a portable heater and after some homework I decided to purchase a Mr. Heater "Big Buddy" model. Well I placed an order online at 10pm last Weds night and the terms of shipping said 3 to 6 days. To my surprise the order I placed arrived in my office at 11:30am this morning The box was all in one piece and everthing was accounted for, looks great, can't wait to use it I received my order in exactly 37.5 hours. This is not the first order that I have placed with Cabelas and can assure you it will not be the last. I got what I wanted for the price I was willing to pay and got it quickly, so I am happy camper. Cheers
